Cheerful 4-Bedroom w/ Hot Tub & Beautiful Decor

Summary:
Relax with the Whole Family or Friends. Enjoy a Backyard BBQ or nice Edison light soak in the Hot Tub! Close to Allen Outlet Mall, Frisco, and Everything in between. 2 Car Garage as will for any parking needs! The Upstairs Pool Table & Game Room is a Great place to watch the Game, play some pool, and relax. The Backyard is a tranquil place to cook a great steak, relax in the Hot Tub or play some small yard games.

The Space:
Bedrooms and game room with pool table upstairs. Downstairs is a nice formal dining and sitting area, a great little quiet office, and the kitchen opens up to the living area making it a great space to entertain. The Hot tub is just outside on the back porch with cool string lights, some nice seating and grill ready to cook up something delicious.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a door code the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet family neighborhood. Parks close by and really great restaurants close by.

Getting Around:
There is a garage and plenty of space to park up to 6 cars. Uber and Lyft operate well in the area, and there are local taxi and limousine services available if you need transportation.

We were only there for a couple of days and needed a place to stay for our daughters graduation. It was convenient to the school location and to restaurants shops etc. it’s pretty far drive from the airports but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of room for a big family gathering. We had 7 of us. The pool table was fun for the whole family. The hot tub was not clean so we didn’t use it.

Perfect Weekend House

We had an excellent Easter weekend in this wonderful family home. Loved the pool table and the hot tub. Plenty of room and lots of bathrooms. Joshua was a perfect host - even sent over a hair dryer when it became apparent that it was missing. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

There were a few hiccups and yet josh and james were extremely communicative and helpful during my stay. They had an excellent and clean home to arrive to and i highly recommend this to anyone!!

Wonderful Home

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated and included everything needed for our weekend stay. Joshua was a thoughtful host, including a bottle of wine and snacks for our enjoyment. Communication was quick and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool. The home is a short drive from a metro station, and we took the train to the American Airlines center for a hockey game. We spent a fun morning exploring historic downtown McKinney - highly recommend for shopping, antiquing and dining. We’ll be back when our travels take us to the Dallas area!

Cozy large relaxing home

Our stay was very nice. The home is amazing it has a wonderful layout and the hottub was relaxing. Our 8 year old loved the fact he had a bathroom attached to the bedroom he stayed in. The pool table was fun in the evenings to have a little family game time. Very nice clean home. James was easy to contact and answer any questions we had.
