Looking for a unique and tranquil getaway in Providence? Our stylish single room provides a super clean, comfortable, and safe space for single travelers. We're located near universities, the Rhode Island State House, and a downtown shopping mall, making us the perfect choice for business travelers, visiting academics, medical students, postdocs, researchers, graduate students, and visiting faculty.
At our home, we love hosting and sharing our space with guests. However, please note that we are not a hotel and do not provide hotel services or 24/7 staff on duty. We kindly ask that you respect our house rules.
Our space offers free off-street parking for small to midsize sedans/SUVs (no big trucks/vans, please). We're conveniently located just 1.4 miles from Brown, John Wales, and RISD Universities, 0.8 miles from the Rhode Island State House, and 0.7 miles from Providence Place, a popular shopping mall in downtown Providence.

The space
This spacious one sunny bedroom is a fantastic space for your stay in Providence. Comfortably sleeps one person in an immaculately clean bed, a large desk for your work/studies& lots of special design touches.
This room is located on the secondfloor, so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb and we do not have an elevator. Our property is a 3 story house built on 1900s.
There are fully furnished shared: one full bathroom, one full kitchen, and one full living room. You can also enjoy our fully furnished shared backyard garden.
Guest access
Fast Wi-Fi available, so you can catch up with friends or on work at any time.
A featured fully furnished sharedkitchen is available at your disposal.
Gourmet coffee & complimentary tea selection are also available.
Necessities, like fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo and body wash are provided free of charge.

- Luggage drop off: As a courtesy, you can drop off your luggage at our backdoor's entrance before you check-in or leave it there until the evening after check-out.
- Check-in: 4 PM, Guests must provide us with their estimated arrival time at the time of booking or as early as possible.
