Clean and Comfortable

We were in New Haven for a concer. The property was close to everything we wanted to do. Spent our first afternoon in the backyard sitting area which was very nice. The owner Martin and his Wife were great hosts and were full of great suggestions. Would definitely consider a stay there again if visiting New Haven.

VERY NICE STAY

The home owner was VERY helpful getting us to his site. He was well stocked with anything you might need to be comfortable staying there.... Nice bathroom and the two large king beds were top tier plushness for an amazing sleep. I only have 2 small suggestions to improve - - put some house numbers out front you can see from the road. And the open bar confused me. The bottles had saran wrap around the caps to say 'do not use'.....but why weren't they just stored in a locked cabinet.

Nice accomodations

Our stay was just what we needed! The property is immaculate and comfortable. The hosts have put much attention into making the property a great place to stay, just a few blocks from Yale University.

Great place as described

Nicely maintained, clean spacious area. Beds are so comfortable! Very nice owners with great communication. Private entry and plenty of street parking. Neighbors were quiet. Would definitely stay here again to visit Yale.

the takeaways of this get-away

parking could be improved. not handicapped accessible....meaning no grab bars in bathtub . Spoke to the owner about top step outside of porch....not user friendly for anyone.

Awesome Vrbo rental

In town for a concert. We had such a great time! Super clean, beautifuly kept properly. Kosha greeted us upon arrival to show the apartment. Huge comfy king beds, Awesome back yard hang spot. Martin came out and set up a speaker for us and citronella for bugs, so chill and the hospitality was amazing. we hope to stay here again! We would recommend 10 outta 10!

Lovely, comfortable, and clean!

We were in town for just 2 nights, but had such a lovely relaxing stay at this property. Very clean, with very comfortable beds. Convenient to the museums we wished to visit and many extras throughout - would highly recommend.

Great stay in New Haven

My spouse and I, and our tween daughter and her best friend, spent two nights in this apartment while attending an event at Yale. The hosts are very welcoming and easy to communicate with, and the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The apartment and neighborhood are quiet while still being a very quick drive (5 min) down to downtown New Haven. The beds were comfortable (more comfortable than most VRBOs we have stayed in) and the living room had plenty of space for our group to hang out. We appreciated the ceiling fans in each room. The backyard looked lovely with additional space to relax, but we didn't get a chance to try it out because of the weather. When the kids accidentally left some precious items behind, the hosts promptly let us know and mailed them back to us, which we truly appreciated! We will certainly look to stay here again when visiting New Haven.

Wonderful Stay!

Martin and Kosha are great hosts! The place was beautiful and very clean/well-kept, everything was like new. They had everything we needed, and more than expected! Great sound system, beautiful backyard oasis, and street parking right in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING stay!!!

This was one of the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The place was in a good location and was IMMACULATE. Every amenity was provided and then some. The owners were so communicative and were there to show us around the property and made great recommendations for places to eat! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying in the area.

Wonderful Hosts and Property.

The location was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The backyard basketball court was extremely fun and in excellent condition. Our Hosts were responsive and very helpful. We would stay again if in the area. Thank you, Kosha for a great stay!

Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. The owners of the home were very kind and forthcoming with everything that we needed to know and all questions were answered promptly. This is an immaculately clean apartment just below their residence. Brand new bathroom and all updated fixtures throughout the home. Easy in and easy out through coded door. Most important for us was a coffee maker (keurig) onsite with cups ready to be brewed. We did have to grab our own creamer. Left over condiments and water in the fridge sparing anyone from having to pick up the nitty gritty stuff. We were only there but a few hours as we were just passing through. This stop was perfect for us and we hope to make this a frequent stop as we will be in the area regularly.

Quiet and clean place

We were hosted by a very personable and friendly couple who even helped with our luggage as we navigated staying away from home with our 4 week old and 3 year old. The place was nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again if the chance arises.

New Haven

This was a great little get away. We were at a football camp with my son at Yale. It was only a couple minutes away. In the evening we spent some time just hanging out in the back yard playing basketball and volleyball. Its a great space, clean, and quiet. The Owner greets you on arrival and walks you through the apartment, then diappears unless you need her for something. We ate out, but it looked like they had a stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Awesome stay and such kind hosts!

Lovely property. Inside is absolutely gorgeous and outside is a lovely backyard area. Our boys put their lacrosse gear out back to air out and it started to rain. We went to bring inside and the host was already out here moving it! If we go back to New Haven we will stay again for sure! Thank you!
