Peaceful place

We enjoyed the property itself, was smaller than appeared online but still sufficient. Tv in living room did not work, called twice about it , no help given. Only bothered us in the evening.

Hot water

The hot water heater would never get the water anything above warm. Do if you like a hot shower, this may not be a good fit

Air Conditioner was not working properly

Air Conditioner was not working properly contacted Vacasa they had someone come out to check ac he did nothing. We had an infant with us had to go purchase fans so we could at least sleep one night. When we were able to get assisted the next day late morning we had to go get another room ourselves. Vacasa stated they would refund my money when they actually made me pay the one night we stayed in this room when it was not our fault. I would love for the General Manager Rowell to contact me to discuss. I spoke with so called manager as we were hanging up she was giggling. None of this do I think is funny. Please contact me I also have photos to prove this ac was not working properly. This is definitely poor management on Vacasa and obviously they do it care about their customers.
