Nestled close to the Colorado River, your next Texas vacation will be one to remember. Marble Falls is host to a plethora of different parks, such as Lakeside Park, which has a pool and picnic spots to truly enjoy the waterfront scenery. If you'd like to experience the outdoors in another fashion, try Hidden Falls Golf Club for a relaxing round or two of golf. For a history lesson on the area, Falls on the Colorado Museum features local memorabilia and geological artifacts to learn about. After a day out exploring, try the Bear King Brewing Company or Fiesta Winery Marble Falls only a few blocks away for some refreshing drinks as you discuss the day's happenings.

Back at the house, put your feet up and wind down by watching something on TV or catching up on a good book. The spacious backyard invites outdoor activities, so feel free to bring a football or frisbee to throw around. Use the full kitchen's amenities to prepare anything from a light snack to an entire meal and enjoy it in the dining area or alfresco on the patio. Before easing into bed for the night, tweak the central air conditioning to the ideal temperature and sleep peacefully in preparation for tomorrow.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
