The unit is an updated beach style apt. consisting of 1 bedrooms, 1 bath with one parking spot. This gated complex has swimming pool and is one block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. Close to main highways, airport, shopping centers, hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants, Loiza Street, Ocean Park and right on the McCleary Ave. which flows into Ashford Ave. (Condado's Main Ave.).
*We do not have power generator or water cistern as part of our amenities.
The space
One bedroom apartment plus sofa-bed in the Condado Main Ave. prime location, McLeary Street. The space includes a kitchen with 4 space stovetop plus a fridge/freezer/microwave.
Located one block from the best beach in San Juan and one block from Loiza Street.
Hipster area with many many shops for shopping, eating and hang out.
The building includes a beautiful pool with modern lounge chairs.
Feel free to use the coin laundry machine and dryer at the condominium lobby.
The unit also has one unassigned parking spot for compact vehicle.
