The outside setting does not do justice to the clean, quaint, quiet apartment setting. A hidden jewel in an amazing, culturally connected area. Loved the stay and loved the area/community.

Great location, clean space, easy parking. Basic apartment space without a lot of cooking gear, but plenty of restaurants nearby including Cheeky Neighbor Diner just below the apartment for an excellent breakfast not to be missed. Good communication and easy check in. Do read the details carefully because what is listed is exactly what is there.

The apartment was in a good location and a great walk to downtown Halifax.It had a washer and dryer that we were looking for.The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very quiet and kept out the sound of the TV.The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and the furniture replaced. Also the tub was very slow to drain.Might be perfect for university students but not for adults who are looking for an airbnb.

Exactly what I needed, close to Dal & Spring Garden. Plenty of room & had all of the essentials for a longer stay.

This place is surprisingly quiet for its busy location! The smaller bedroom seems to pick up a little more noise from the restaurant than the larger bedroom but this will not likely be a problem for most guests as the restaurant does not open until 830. Did not hear a sound from anywhere before then.

I liked that the ceilings were high and I could see some trees through the windows. Laundry was great to have as it rained the entire time we were there so were able to dry our stuff and go out again. Pretty walkable. The air system was really loud, however, and I got very warm. But the beds were comfortable and it felt larger than it is, because of the high ceilings.

Bloody bandaids in hall, no email Was not given any instructions to enter the place until 30 minutes after the check in time. Dirty floors in hallways leading to apartment. Wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned for some time.

The room was clean and there was a lot of windows and light. There was a dish washer that said do not use. The furniture was flimsy, damaged and uncomfortable. It is a 30 minute walk to the harbour, there are lots of stairs and there is no closet in one of the bedrooms. There was only one roll of toilet paper and holder on the wall was broken. It worked ok for us but I feel that the price point is high. For two women travelling for business, it was at least safe with two combination locks to enter. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be an inexpensive but nice touch.
