Perfectly located just outside of downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Only 3.2 miles (approx. 8 minutes). Just far enough away for peace, quiet, and features unlike any other cabin in Blue Ridge!

With an outdoor space this great, you may never come inside! Make the most of the custom putting green with sand traps, massive 10-person fire pit area, and expansive bocce ball court perfect for a variety of games. Step up to the middle of three porches to relax in the hot tub while watching television on the 55" Smart outdoor TV. Swing from one of four cocoon chairs while the grill fires up dinner. Enjoy the fire outside and see the house lit up with beautiful string lights at night!

Indoors you will find a number of exciting activities. Large Smart TVs are featured in every room. On the main level is a brand new kitchen and appliances. Keurig with coffee included. A large dining table awaits a freshly cooked meal. Living room has ample seating around a cozy gas fireplace. Bedrooms are on each floor, with a beautiful custom bunk room in the upstairs. The loft features Pac-Man and a comfy daybed. Downstairs you can let your inner kid out! Golden Tee and Ridge Racer classic arcades are ready to go! Play a game of ping-pong while jamming out to the record player. The basement has a gas fireplace as well for the fall and winter nights!

- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with BRAND NEW appliances - including Keurig coffee maker and toaster.

- Dining Room: Table seats six people and is right off of kitchen and living room.

- Main Floor Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, Pack-n-play in closet.

- Main Floor Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, single vanity.

- Laundry: On main floor right off of kitchen.

- Loft: Daybed with trundle, Pac-Man style arcade (+450 games), smart TV.

- Bunk Room: 3 full size beds, 2 beanbag chairs, smart TV, kids books and stuffed animals, patio with 2 egg chairs overlooking side gaming area!

Cozy Fam Getaway

Perfect location for our outdoor excursions. We were only a quick drive to zip lining and white water rafting. Great place to go for family time.

You will love it

If you're looking for a great spot in Blue Ridge this is it. This cabin had a really great setup with a very unique outdoor play/cookout component.

Clean and quite

Overall, we were very impressed with the location and cleanliness of the cabin. Our children really enjoyed playing the games and making smores. In the fire pits, they also loved as well as us. The hot tub movie night. The cabin was close enough. 2 grocery stores and the downtown area that it made life easy. Access to hiking trails was also a very nice thing.

Rare getaway week

My family and I don't get to go on vacation very often and this was a great choice. Nice house, good location for us because we like a little seclusion. A lot of outdoor activities with in a short drive. The house had a good quantity of TV's, games, and wifi speed to handle our family of 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 11 to 19. The house had a few minor issues which I have shared with the property manager for addressing but over all very nice place.

Vacation @ Caddy Shack

The property really needed a lot of cleanup outside, especially the porches. The big container that the games were in on the lower porch was left open and it had water in it and what games were in it were wet or pieces missing. We did enjoy the ping pong and pac man. And, the grill needed cleaning as well as the chandeliers in the living and dining rooms.

Nice Stay / Would recommend

-Activities were wonderful: putting/chipping green, bocci ball, corn hole, darts, ping pong, arcade games (3), indoor basketball goal, and hot tub. -Nice that the kids could play in the basement and have space away from the adults. -Adults and kids loved the large, covered decks and fire pit. -Proximity to town 7 minutes was wonderful. Window shopping and meal at Black Sheep were great. Restaurant had adult food but also kid friendly. -The bunk beds are larger than they appear in the pictures. All three beds in that room are full size beds. -Tin roof was nice when it was raining. -Only, somewhat negative is that the pictures were a little deceiving. The inside of the house (living room, kitchen, and eating area) were smaller than we expected per the pictures. -Overall great stay, would recommend!

Not all that glitters is gold

To sum up my review the pictures on the listing are very deceiving. There are too many issues that need to be corrected especially for what we paid. Very disappointed to say the least! Sent a full summarized list to the owner. Out of good faith I can’t recommend this property until updates have been made.

We will never get this experience back.

Unfortunately not at all what we expected. After saving this property with many others that offered amazing things such as views and more we went with this one for the amenities. We even read through the previous reviews only seeing things that we figured would be fixed considering others had no complaints. When we arrived we immediately seen stuff that just makes your heart break when trying to plan a perfect vacation. Outside from the porch entrance to the left side of the porch was some kind of drink or liquid spilled all over, trash in the yard all visible to the first quick glancing, getting in was frustrating only because the door jams up and the lock malfunctions when it’s not pulled to or perfect, as we looked passed them issues and kept on we found even more. Trash under the beds including one that had a bottle of PILLS. Yes this is most likely the person who stayed before but I have friends who own cleaning services and Iv worked for 2 in my younger days and this is unacceptable!! To add to that and finish this out both of the other exterior doors were left unlocked, the back bottom floor or game room exterior door handle is about to fall off, there was unnecessary build up of cobwebs and dust on all the fixtures (yes we are used to the woods and bugs this was beyond that), the back patio with the out side games was not cleaned and had broken game pieces, record player was broke,darts all broke, and racing game also broke. To end it the hot tube was HORRIFYING!

We love Blue Ridge!

Our family travels to this area every year. We love Blue Ridge. This cabin is about 10 minutes from downtown and 25 from Copperhill, TN. We had lots of fun sitting by the fire, playing bocce ball, and making up fun games on the mini golf course.

Great house and kid friendly!

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 8 people, three of which were boys- 5,3, and 2. They were obsessed with the bunk bed! Porch and doors had latches, so we didn’t have to worry about anyone getting loose. Plenty of activities between the outside area and inside including board games, ping pong table, and video games. All the tvs had plenty of channels and all the apps that we use at home. Owner was also quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns!
