Absolutely beautiful place to stay on Coral Bay. Beautiful views from every room. The pool is well maintained with plenty of outdoor seating by the pool and pool on the verandas!Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This home was everything one could ever want, beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen. The management team was great meeting us and taking us through the house. The location was in Coral Bay and was perfect. The view was absolutely amazing, what a way to wake up every day. We would definintely stay here again. Don't hesitate, book it.

We had everything that we needed at Ada by the sea. Loved that there were little plastic containers for packed lunches to be used/reused. Chairs, coolers blenders. All there. Would have been fun to use the grill by the pool but the grill upstairs was nice too. We all enjoyed the stay!

Friends Vacation

We recently spend a week at your lovely home and had a fantastic time. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and the view from the deck was a great way to end the evening!

Fabulous week with our family

We had a fabulous stay at Ada by the Sea. The house was incredible, bedrooms were comfortable and the little touches including bath necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs made our stay super easy. The back porch with the breeze and views is where we spent so much time as a family. We would definitely come back!

Great house

A group of 8 of us stayed for my Birthday trip. It was one of the most relaxing weeks of my life! The house had absolutely everything we needed. The snorkeling and beach gear was added bonus and more than we could have ever asked for!

Perfect house

The house was wonderful and the view was amazing. We loved that there were 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The washers & dryers helped with swim suits and beach towels. The first morning one of the showers was only trickling water & they were there and had it fixed within an hour of contacting them. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous place!

My small family stayed here for a week. Adult children had their own space which they appreciated. Everything about it was great! The view was fabulous. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s very quiet and private. Walked down to listen to live music at Miss Lucy’s. We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic house, very well equipped and furnished. Great view! Very easy access (by St John/Coral Bay standards.). Team was very helpful and easy to work with. Even provided an app that described everything you needed to know about the house and the surrounding area. Very helpful!

We already miss the view!!

Amazing view of Coral Bay. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but we didn't spend much time in it anyway - much more time at the beach snorkeling. Location was great once we got our bearings. We spent a lot of time just down the road at Salt Pond Bay Beach, Little Lameshur and Great Lameshur. Hansen was nice, too. Had a great last night at Skinny Legs!

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Ada by the Sea. Everything about this property was absolutely perfect—it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The listing was incredibly accurate, but the true beauty of the home and its surroundings exceeded our expectations.The management team was a pleasure to work with—always responsive, kind, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. A few days before our arrival, we were informed that the oven wouldn’t be available due to a part replacement. One of our guests has celiac disease and couldn’t use shared small appliances due to cross-contamination concerns, so we purchased a new toaster oven to use during our stay. To our surprise and appreciation, the management team graciously reimbursed us for the purchase after learning about our situation.We highly recommend Ada by the Sea—or any property managed by Antares. Their professionalism and care made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Peace & quiet

Our family stayed at Ada by the Sea Dec 14-21, 2024. It was the perfect set-up for us with 4 bedrooms (all separated from the main living area) and a common space for gathering, meals and evening games! This was our second stay in the Coral Bay area which we prefer because of the peace and quiet. We spent 6-days at the north shore beaches which was even more amazing than our first trip because of the amenities (chairs, towels, cooler, snorkeling equipment) offered by Ada. We made a lot of memories thanks to the magic of SJ and the stay at Ada by the Sea. The driveway to the villa is the only concern to weigh due to the steep grade. Our family included 6, requiring us to rent a Toyota Highlander vs. Jeep. Initially, we drove up to the front door of the Villa but for most of the week we parked at the gate and walked up (not an issue for us). Rental of a Jeep is the key!

Absolutely perfect for our family vacation!

Where do I start? This place is absolutely beautiful. So open and welcoming. We have stayed in several place on St. John and this by far was our favorite. It had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs, coolers, and floaties were such a huge plus. This place was well equipped and set up for being together as a family. Yet, having the seperation of bedrooms was perfect for my two teens. The two upper bedroom provided great privacy buy also closeness for a family with younger children. The pool was absolutely refreshing to come home to after a day of snorkeling. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5. The drive is steep, you will need a jeep. We were visited by donkeys several days. One of our highlights was walking down the hill to Miss Lucy's open mic! That is a must. We love this side of the island for its serenity. The house provided that relaxed vacation we so needed. It was also very clean. The linens smelled so good too. The property management was responsive to our needs as well. Did I mention the view? The best part though was waking up to watch the sunrises and falling asleep to the crashing waves. We will be back!
