Excellent House

The house is practically brand new with most of the amenities needed. It easily fit everyone in our party with all the bedrooms and bathrooms available. I have no complaints with the overall experience staying here.

Graduation Trip

My family came from all over the country for graduation. It was the first time we had all been together in years. This place was perfect! Lots of room for everyone and the pool area was fantastic.The host is very gracious and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back!!!

Perfect for family trip

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Had everything we needed for our family weekend getaway. Beach is walking distance, pool and hot tub were an added plus after a day at the beach. Tv outside was great for the guys to watch sports while grilling. Host was very responsive. The mosquitoes were pretty bad outside but host was able to send someone over the next day to spray and that helped a lot. Overall we had a great time and will definitely return.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. Wasn’t able to use the pool due to weather, but the hot tube was nice. The set up of the house is beautiful. Spoke with the property manager and he explained the property is new so he’s still working out small details such as ( binder with helpful operations tips of the property, places to go in the area things of that nature,) but overall really enjoyed our stay and will rent this place again.

10/10 definitely recommend! Beautiful home!

I rented this home for my extended family trip for New Years. We were a total of 26 people and were worried if we’d find a place big enough in our price range for all us. We traveled with 4 grandparents, many adults, and 7 kids between (5-16). This place was well above and beyond our expectations was everything we’d hoped for. It was beautifully furnished, spacious, many well sized rooms, a nice kitchen, gorgeous main living area, and lots of space downstairs for BBQ and hanging out. This property also comes with a nice clean pool and hot tub. Another great thing was the beach was a short walk away and we went for many night strolls! My entire family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely want to rent this place out again. We stayed for two nights. If we ever had any issues or questions, the owner of the house was so quick to response and super kind. We appreciated everything they did to ensure that my family and I had a well accommodated stay here. 10/10 stay! Definitely recommend!

Annual Guys Fishing Trip

The property was great. This will be our go-to property for our annual trips to Bolivar. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were great to relax in and unwind.

Guys Annual Fishing Trip

The property was just as shown in the advertisement. The kitchen was well stocked, TVs throughout the home, the pool was cool and refreshing and the owner was only a phone call away. We enjoyed our stay. We will book this property again!
