Mi Casa är verkligen din Casa! Beläget i Residence La Coccinella, Unit 102-A, ligger vid en av de MYCKET BÄSTA PLATERNA i Playa del Carmen!

La Coccinellas one-of-a-kind miljö ligger en kort 3 minuters promenad från fina sandstränder. Mindre än 1 km till de populära strandklubbarna: Mamita's och KOOL. Utmärkta restauranger, kaféer, bistroer och high-end-to-traditionella butiker linje 5th Ave. Vilket är precis runt hörnet från våra komplexs säkra portar. En på Calle 28th och den andra på Calle 30th. 12 privatägda lägenheter finns i vårt boutiquekomplex. Två byggnader med tre våningar vetter mot varandra, med en frodig trädgård med POOL i centrum. Det är en enkel promenad till allt!

Använd avskildheten och bekvämligheten i mitt kärleksfullt inredda fristad som en cool hemmabas för utflykter och strandutflykter. Koppla av och njut av förfriskningar, kolla din e-post (säker stark Wifi-anslutning) på din egen avskilda uteplats. Eftersom lägenheten ligger runt hörnet från restauranger, butiker, bistroer, kaféer, strandklubbar och mer! Allt du behöver är inom gångavstånd.

Min enhet med ett sovrum erbjuder en extra bekväm California King-säng och är möblerad med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Andra sängen är en robust sovhytt i vardagsrummet. En mexikansk äktenskaplig drottningsmadrass i drottningstorlek.

Vardagsrummet är luftkonditionerade och så är sovrummet. Båda har takfläktar också. Koppla av med säker WiFi-service överallt i min lägenhet. Ta en flick på platt-tv. Det finns en samling filmer på DVD, eller ta med din egen och spela dem på DVD-spelaren i hela regionen.

Köket har alla saker du kan önska dig: blanda drycker, laga upp en omelett, förbereda rostat bröd, tillverka en tropisk fruktsallad eller förbereda dina biffar för uteplatsen WEBER grill.

En privat uteplats är perfekt för att njuta av vår skönhet och fristad i vår tropiska trädgård-pool innergård. Paraply för skugga runt en 4-vadderade platser vid ett rundt bord med glas. (Se listans foton)

Detta härliga hem-hemifrån, sover tre vuxna mycket bekvämt. Och är placerad på trädgårdspoolnivån i 12-enhetskomplexet. Vårt "original-Playa" -komplex är designat med en blandning av europeisk och mexikansk styling, en fantastiskt underhållen Playa del Carmen 'Classic'. Njut av utsikten över vår frodiga trädgårdspool, med utsikt över vardagsrummet från skärm från golv till tak och glasdörrar. Känn dig som hemma!

Njut av ett uppfriskande dopp i poolen, lite avkopplande sol på min gästs solstolar. Eller gå till Mamita's Beach Club eller andra fantastiska val nära beach club. It was awesome, except for the street noise at night, but once we figured out to close windows and put on air conditioner it was great. I would rent there again if going there again. Thanks for everything

Worst Place Ever

As soon as you open the doors the smell of MILDEW hits you, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a inch of foam on it, the music that played at night was so loud it was like they were playing in the condo. The property manager said she forgot to mention that we should bring ear plugs to sleep. We were so miserable that we came home 5 days early 😢this was supposed to be our 20 year anniversary. We incurred a lot more $$ in Flights, cancel of staying and of course memories with my beloved. This by far is the worse place we have ever stayed.

Wonderful private experience!

Loved the little slice of heaven that was our condo in Playa! Thank you so much for all the ease of check in and accommodations! Incredibly convenient to everything and great help in setting up a tour! Renters be aware of 15K use of air conditioning per day or extra charge as it does get hot in Playa in the summer! :)

Nice but noisy

We had enjoyable stay at this centrally located property. Close walking distance to beach and popular 5th ave walking street. Fairly well equipped and all our concerns were addressed promptly. Only issue is really noise from nearby bars/restaurants, street performers etc etc etc. Only quiet time really from 4am to 8:30am, so need to close windows and use air conditioning. This is a property for those who want to party.

A great deal in a great spot

Very clean and cute, it has everything that you need. I didn't give the check-in a five only because my check-in and check-out were on holidays (Christmas and New Years), so minor hiccups are not unreasonable. I liked that it was close to the hopping part of town but not enmeshed in it. We walked everywhere and really appreciated all the recommendations and hints provided.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Property manager and owner were both quick to respond to questions. We loved the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed a morning dip. All services, restaurants, shops are within easy walking distance. Many thanks to owner and manager who responded quickly to our lock out incident.

A port in the storm

A wonderfully tranquil condo complex with staff that are super attentive and helpful. Location is just a half block from lively fifth avenue but the bedroom, with door and window closed, was virtually soundproof at night.

Peaceful oasis

Very comfortable oasis close to, yet removed from the busyness of Quinte Avenida. Anything one could want is within walking distance of this charming unit. The condo is well stocked for a short or longer stay. Comfortable bed made for great sleeping. We spent 2 weeks and are returning in a month for another stay.

Inexpensive, great location

We enjoyed coffee every morning on the quiet, secluded patio. 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. Had the pool to ourselves. Nothing fancy, but it had everything that we needed. Would definitely return!

Perfection - all you need

The experience, apartment and location was just perfect! I will definitely come back! for anyone travelling on their own, this is the location you want. Minutes from anything you want eg. beach, shops, restaurants. The apartment was exactly as the pictures indicated and the back porch was an oasis of natural beauty. Antoinette and staff was very helpful in my preparation for this trip, taking away any concerns and/or answered all my questions with such kindness. Fabulous condo!

It's an adorable little condo with a great location.

Overall we had a extremely good experience, a couple of minor glitches of no real significance that were handled quickly. The property manager was prompt and efficient - check in and check out were extremely simple.

Great Condo, Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great to head out for lunch or dinner on 5th Ave. We made breakfast at the condo, and enjoyed the quiet, private patio. The burner was really slow to cook on though. It is larger than the photos make it seem. It was perfect for my husband, 9 month old and myself. We spent a lot of time here, as with a little one it was easier to hang out by the pool. One downside for us was the construction going on above us made it hard to get our LO down for naps. There was banging almost all day for at least 4 days of our 7 day visit. For most people that wouldn't matter as it seems everyone in the complex headed out for the day. Overall, Antoinette, Aude and Lorena were very accommodating. They provided us with a playpen for my LO to sleep, and a kettle for us to prepare bottles. I don't know what we would have done without this. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

Wonderful value

The owner is very responsive and her onsite team made our arritival and departure completely stress free. They all were excellent. The location of the condo cannot be beat. It’s only steps from 5th Ave. and very close to Mamita beach. The condo itself had everything we could need but, warning, it is bare bones. If you want luxury, you need a luxury resort. But we had reliable WiFi, a pool just steps from our door, and a feeling of total safety. We definitely would stay here again (and hope to in the near future).

GREAT Location

Fantastic location. Right next door to a Starbucks, close to the ocean, directly ofF Fifth Ave and yet quiet. Nice little pool. We were greeted in a timely fashion for both check-in and checkout. Good host. Responsive communicator.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The gardens and pool are well maintained and beautiful. We have stayed her for the past 5 years and will continue in the future. The owner of the condo is very accommodating and involved. The location is perfect, very short walk to beach and 5th Ave. It is a small, quiet complex with only 12 units.

Clean apartment, friendly service and convenient location.

Antoinette, Aude and Lorena were a pleasure to deal with from booking to check out. My husband and I enjoyed the apartment for our short stay in Playa (5 nights). We appreciated the small kitchen appliances, Bluetooth stereo, beach chairs, stand up fan and towel drying rack that were provided. We would have liked more shower towels and face clothes. We also ran out of toilet paper which would have been rectified had were communicated this in time. The apartment did not include body soap, shampoo nor conditioner. No big deal, all these things can be bought here or brought if you know in advance. The other tenants were quiet. The pool was cleaned daily although we never saw anyone swim. Almost a private pool especially for us on the main floor. The location was steps from La Quinta and half way between 10th and the beach. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and nightlife (10 pm -3 am). The noise and nightlife music was moderately loud from the apartment. With windows closed and air conditioning on, the noise was drained out.

My family enjoyed staying this sweet cozy apartment close to everything.

We spent most of our time outdoors: at the beach (a short walk from the apt), or walk around and shop in town (just outside the gate of this apartment) when we were not doing excursions. I loved the old style building with the beautiful courtyard, inground pool. The tucket away corner seating area by the courtyard, with beautiful flowering plants was another favorite spot for meals and just to hang out. This was a nice place to stay. Even though the location is right in the heart of Playa De Carmen, That corner for some reason was quiet, especially at night when we locked up and had the air conditioning on. The owner was very responsive, everything worked as planned. I will stay there again.

We loved it.

Our stay was wonderful. This was our first VRBO stay and we hope to come back next year. Antoinette and her representatives are very responsive and welcoming. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It is clean, well maintained and very well equipped. We felt very safe and secure. All the little extras to make you feel at home are there. It is very well located. The beach is only two short blocks away. We had no problem carrying the beach chairs and umbrella for a do it yourself beach day. We also enjoyed several of the beach bars which were further south on the beach but still within easy walking distance. We were able to walk to the big grocery store. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but we we never bothered by noise. There is a lovely little patio with outside that has some privacy due to the immaculately maintained gardens. The pool was clean and great to cool off in. Thank you Antoinette and Lorena for a great stay!!

Welcome to Paradise! I bought this property because I LOVED its ideal location. Secondly, because of the complexes sanctuary-like garden pool courtyard and our three level building's Italian-influenced architecture. Very unique and classic in the best of ways. A stand out gem---particularly with Playa's over-developed amount of cement and glass complexes.

I was looking for a second home, where scuba diving is abundant. A property with a future value and worth that would hold its own. It has!

La Coccinella, our complexes name, was so unique, compared to most other properties in 2003. There was nothing else like it! And it has retained its beauty and original features as Playa del Carmen grew up all around us. La Coccinella stands out as an architectural gem in the midst of a more modernized town.

Its captivating appeal, attracted tourist into our courtyard so often that we ( the condo owners) invested in artisan crafted metal-work gates. That secure our two private gateway entrances, Calle 28 and Calle 30.

I fell in love with our lush garden/pool courtyard that continues to flourish. As well as the signature yellow coloring of the two three-story/6-units each buildings. A boutique twelve condo complex. And I can't wait (but will because it'll be very soon!) for my next visit to stay in my own little unique piece of paradise! ;-D

Location indeed... Our garden courtyard continues to be a flyway stop for a variety of migrating birds. Unique in their coloring:, red and yellow and blue plumage, these rare birds occasionally take temporary refugee in our garden's trees. When lucky enough to have a sighting I again give thanks for being a steward of this sanctuary-like property.

The view out of my living room's floor-to-ceiling double doors, particularly at night, continues to delight me. Our pool lights glow and illuminate the crystal clear pool water. Tinted light blue by the pool walls reflection. Gorgeous. I've often sat outside on my beautifully tiled front steps just to take it all in. Sometimes glancing up at the star lit sky. Or a Full Moon . . .

This home is a magical gift that continues to give me great joy after 18 years of ownership. I feel lucky and very blessed to have been guided to this very special place.

Waking in the morning to birds chirping, calls me to rise and head to the quietness of the sandy beach. Walking is a favorite exercise for me, so heading to the beach or the empty avenues and streets of Playa are always a favorite way to begin each day. Often to return home and jump in the pool for a few laps and water yoga. Then a scrumptious breakfast at my patio umbrella shaded setting.

If it's an excursion day, I feel fortunate to have an off-street parking spot. With a rental car waiting just outside the Calle 28th gate. I usually head south, toward cenotes, Akumal, Tulum beaches---and though it's been a while, as far as Majahual. Looking forward to going there again soon!! Or west, to catch the ferry over to Isla Holbox, out of the tiny town of Chiquilá. Playa del Carmen is truly the perfect home-base.

I've grown accustomed to enjoying my home-away-from-home. With all of its truly unique benefits! I believe YOU will too!
