Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises.
Sawtooth is located in the historic Litch Hotel on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay in the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. On the other hand Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their stays.
Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! đ ), but donât worry â times have definitely changed! Now, youâll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while youâre making that midnight snack đ. The entryway outside your unit is the only shared space, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like â no oneâs around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! đđïž

A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A hiking themed hand drawn mural adorns the wall and large sink and lit mirror provides more than enough space for make up application.
ââ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ââ
The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A small dining table by the front window along with two dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally hand made plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a large HD flat screen smart TV. The living room also includes a cool chair suspended from the ceiling that guests are able to sit on.
ââ OUTDOOR SPACE ââ
The front door opens on to River Street directly across from the historical Wallowa County building. Your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. In more than a year of operating the hotel, we haven't had a guest complain about not being able to find convenient parking.

Enterprise might be small, but it's big on charm! Hereâs how to make the most of your time without getting lost (not that itâs easy to do here đ).
Downtown? Just walk outside. Yep, youâre basically in the middle of it. đïž Perfect for a leisurely stroll to grab a coffee or check out local shops. âđïž
Joseph is just a short 10-minute drive away for those wanting a taste of small-town fun or the beauty of Wallowa Lake! đđČ
Wallowa Lake is about 15 minutes by car, and trust us, itâs worth the trip for a day of lakeside adventures. đ¶đŁ
Need supplies? No worries â the grocery store is just a stoneâs throw away. Perfect for stocking up on snacks or dinner essentials. đđ«
Parking? Easy peasy! Free parking is right outside, so no need to stress about finding a spot.
Not in the mood to drive? No problem! Enterprise is totally walkable, and biking around the area is always a great idea! đŽââïžđ

NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:
đNOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasnât built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if youâre looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isnât the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.
We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!

The buildingâs design, with thin walls and floors, allows sound to easily travel between units. If you are traveling with children under 8, we ask that you carefully consider whether the Litch is a good fit for your familyâs needs. If you end up visiting, please understand the unique nature of the property and ensure your children are mindful of noise levels throughout your stay.

đȘVENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
đ§șWASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

Thereâs a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+.
Just a heads-up â thereâs no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.
