Located conveniently to grocery, restaurants, shopping. 20 minutes to Marfa, close to the McDonald Observatory, and lots of great hiking nearby. Chef's kitchen, luxury bath and comfortable beds will make you want to stay longer.

Such a beautiful home to have a child free weekend get away with friends! The house was everything we could have wanted and more. We will definitely be staying again if we are ever in the area.

Kitchen supplies were beyond expectations. A plastic two prong forks (12 or so inches long.) would have been nice for cooking meat and etc. in skillets. Towels, pillows, sheets and etc. were more than expected.

Wonderful Family Getaway in Fort Davis

We had a fantastic stay in Fort Davis, Texas! The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, and the cozy house made us feel right at home. The outdoor patios were absolutely fabulous for stargazing in the evenings. Our family made lifelong memories here, and we can't recommend this place enough!

You get all the beauty of the dark skies, but drive and walk to town is convenient. Home is new and very comfortable. Road is not paved but adds to the charm of small town feel.

There is no way to describe the beauty of the mountain view from the porch and every window. The sunrise is different every morning and the light fills the entire home.
