This 3 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 2 twin sized beds, 1 full/queen bed, and one king bed. This condo offers a spacious living space with a couch, love seat, accent chair, TV with cable, coffee table, and beautiful pond views from the private balcony right off the living area.

Guests will enter the condo right off the kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig, double sink, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. Beside the kitchen is the dining area featuring a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a meal as a family. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Behind the kitchen you will find one of the guest bedrooms. The bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds, TV, two spacious closets, a night stand, and dresser. This space is perfect for 2 guests.

Past the kitchen to the left you will find the other guest bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with 1 full/queen bed, TV, a dresser and nightstand. This space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The guest bathroom is accessible from this room, and from the dining area as well with a jack and Jill style door system. The bathroom features a standing shower, vanity with cabinet space, sink, and a small cabinet above the toilet for extra storage. The door leading from this bathroom to the dining room space has a laundry area with a washer and dryer concealed by a folding door.

Making your way into the living room, guests will have another beautiful view of the pond from the private balcony off the living space. The living room features a sofa, love seat, and accent chair, TV with digital cable, coffe table, and two side tables.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
