Great property overall! The steps are difficult though and low ceilings upstairs. The location was convenient too. The TV had closed caption on the whole time as I couldn't remove it. Everything was decorated cute and the rooms were set up just awesome. Nina was great to work with. I recommend this property!

Great place to stay; especially for Colgate parents. Charming home, wonderfully decorated. Older home that has been impeccably redone. (Side note: if you are 6’ 5” or taller, the ceilings are a low. Still comfortable though).

Beautiful Farmhouse Stay

We had a great weekend staying in Earlville while the kids checked out nearby Colgate. It was cozy and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The hosts have added all sorts of little touches to make the property unique and memorable.

We loved this house. Everything was obviously well thought out and there was nothing lacking. The top floor was a little warmer, as old houses tend to be, but every room had multiple fans available so we never got hot. The backyard is huge and there’s more than enough space inside so everyone could have some quiet time, if they desired. It was an awesome place to stay and had a great history, and it’ll be our first choice to visit again next time we’re in the area. Definitely one of my favorite house rentals ever!
