House steps from the beach and nightlife.
The house is at a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarket, pharmacy and at about 7 minutes drive from the airport or to Old San Juan.
The house is relatively small. Two of the sleeping rooms have AC and two beds each. A third room has a fan and a futon.
It's a place to enjoy while behaving, no loud parties or crowds are allowed to consider the neighbors.
The space
The house is small but is a perfect space for a couple, or even groups up to 4. One of the two bedrooms has two twin size beds, and the beds can be joined in one of the bedrooms to accommodate a couple. The second slleeping room has a bunk bed full size bellow and twin on top. The third room has a futon bed and a fan. (no AC in this room)
The house is near the beach and the quickly up and coming (yet down to earth) neighborhood of Calle Loiza in San Juan. A place where one can walk to whatever one needs. The house is located in San Juan, It has typical â70's Puerto Rican architecture, a characteristic of the working class neighborhood it resides in. Itâs made of concrete, has old encaustic floors, a small backyard with plants and chairs, 10 foot ceilings that keep it fresh, and a small balcony facing the street and friendly neighbors. It's not a fancy house, yet I find beauty in it's simplicity and cozy atmosphere. I look forward to sharing it with guests looking for the same vibe during their visit to the island.
