Welcome to our mountain home! With amazing views, an upscale interior, and a furnished deck, this newly constructed 2019 home is the perfect getaway for your next trip to Colorado's high country! Complete with three bedrooms, 3.5 custom bathrooms, and spacious living areas, this vacation rental is the ideal home away from home. Summer visitors will enjoy mountain biking, hiking, rafting, and ziplining only minutes away. Winter skiing and boarding is conveniently located only 18 miles away.
Location, location, location!! Our home is located in Clear Creek County between Idaho Springs and Georgetown in the Silver Lakes community with easy access to I-70. We are about 20 minutes from Loveland Ski Area, 30-40 minutes to Winter Park & Arapahoe Basin, and not much further from the big Summit County Ski areas. During the summer months we are within minutes of several rafting companies that offer whitewater trips for every adventurer! If mountains are your calling, we have two 14ers - Gray's & Torrey's Peaks, Mt. Bierstadt, and Mt. Blue Sky are within an easy drive from our home. During fall the scenic drive up Guanella Pass cannot be beat! Restaurants and shopping are within easy access in Georgetown, Idaho Springs, or at the Outlets in Silverthorne.
THE SPACE
This 1800 sf custom home offers an ideal home-base for folks seeking a get-away or a convenient point of access between Denver and the high country. Consisting of three levels that offer privacy as well as common areas the home features an attached heated garage, a fully fenced back yard with deck, and a front porch.
There are four TVs in the houseâone in each bedroom, living room, and garden level suite. This property features 3 exterior, outward facing, security cameras: a camera for the front yard, a camera for the front door entrance, and a camera for the back yard patio.
Main Floor: Guests enter the home on the main level which boasts an open concept floor plan with integrated living room with HDTV, dining room, kitchen breakfast bar, and well-equipped state of the art kitchen with gas range. The back deck is off the kitchen and offers additional outdoor seating for anytime-meals. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a half-bath.
Second Floor: From the main level guests will find a well appointed second floor that includes: a loft work-space; a master bedroom with large west-facing windows, blackout blinds, king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom; a second bedroom with east-facing windows, blackout blinds, queen bed, TV, and closet is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower that serves as this room's dedicated bathroom.
Garden Level: The garden level suite offers open seating for TV viewing plus the convenience of two double bedsâa futon bed and a pull out sofa bed. The space also includes a clothes closet, workspace desk, a selection of board games, and a custom full bath. Large windows make this a bright and cheery space.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the house, exterior yard areas, and attached garage. A separate garage is located on the property which guests do not have access to. The private driveway provides parking space for four vehicles.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A respect for nature is necessary when spending time in the mountains. We ask guests to keep the exterior property, including the fenced back yard, clean and free of food or trash which might attract animals. Keeping the garage door closed unless accessing the property is also recommended. Please note: The back porch sun shade as shown is no longer available.

We are avid local adventurers and world travelers, and we would love to welcome you to our mountain vacation home. We have lived in Clear Creek County for over twenty years and would be happy to share our local knowledge with our visitors.
Our mountain home is available most Friday through Sunday nights for rental - we still live in this home during the week. During breaks the home is available for longer stays - mainly during the summer months.
