The place was wonderful and very clean. It was close to the pools and to the beach. It was an inconvenience that there was only 1 working elevator and that even went out of commission for 1 evening. But other than that it was wonderful.

Loved the location of the condo. The condo had a great layout. Wish the kitchen had a little more. Dining room table and chairs could use replacing. Wish we didn’t need to go to an office to check in and out.

Fantastic property!

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Beach access was great and we thoroughly enjoyed being close to all the necessary amenities. Used the pools and the gym, which were also very convenient. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed Beach Colony 4B so much. The only negatives were one non-working elevator and the directions being a bit confusing. Sheets we're not great and extra blankets/linens would have been helpful. But everything else about our stay completely wiped those concerns away. The space was incredibly clean and beautifully updated. The view was fantastic. And Perdido Reality were absolutely delightful to work with.

Perfect Getaway

Clean and bright spot to spend a weekend or the whole week. Easy beach access, with a short boardwalk out to the sand, no stairs.

Gorgeous property

This condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the deck was amazing. The perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach. Paying for the beach service is worth it. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and even better than we expected. The ocean-themed décor was perfect for the location, and the view of the ocean was absolutely gorgeous. One of our favorite parts was being able to simply step out onto the balcony and watch dolphins playing in the water virtually every day. It was such a special part of the experience and something we looked forward to each day. I caught myself more than once thinking, “I could just live here.”The location was also fantastic. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby on the Key, and Orange Beach is just a short drive up the road, making it easy to explore even more restaurants, shops, and things to do while still coming back to a quieter place on the beach.Everything about the stay was easy from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question.The property itself was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. And I have to give special recognition to the couch—which may sound like a strange thing to mention in a vacation review, but it was genuinely some of the most comfortable furniture I have ever sat on! We didn’t spend much time inside because there was so much to enjoy outdoors, but when we did, it was the perfect place to relax.Between the beautiful property, incredible ocean view, dolphins from the balcony, great location, clean

Just Perfect

Pretty sure you won't find a more beautiful unit OR location on Perdido. It's well-equipped, elegant and has the most stunning views EVER. Pro tip: Do NOT open the plantation blinds across from the commode, because the views will keep you there much longer than you need!We had a blast, the amenities were great, we'll be back!

Only having one elevator was a bit of a problem. Having elderly parents with us that couldn’t take the stairs - the second elevator was needed. Otherwise we loved the property.
