A back door from the kitchen opens up to a fully fenced in back yard is suitable for small pets to enjoy. The driveway can hold 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well. Come relax at home and take in a Broncos Game!

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house
-Please pick up after your pet
