The unit features 2 bedrooms (1 with a King size bed, and 1 with a twin bed that converts easily to King size) and 1 full bathroom on the upper level. Home away from home w/ conveniences

The check-in process was seamless. The photos actually undersell the home. It was lovely. Suggest putting in listing that the lower level is ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Bedroom, sitting space and restroom, make this a comfortable option if someone cannot navigate too many stairs. Granted meals would need to come to them on the lower level. The space flowed. The kitchen amenities were spot on. The screened in patio ideal to just unwind for a few minutes. Overall, I would rent again without hesitancy and suggest you select this home for your next visit to the DC Metro area.

Excellent base station for visiting the DC area

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for us and our two teenage grandchildren. There's a place to park a car off the street. The location is wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Less than a 10 minute walk to the King Street Old Town metro station. That's also the location where one can catch the free King Street trolley which will take you almost all the way to the waterfront. King Street is a nice place to stroll and there are many shops and restaurants. We rode the metro most days to the many museums and historical sites in the DC area. The condo was well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and eating. The TV room was a comfortable place to relax after a day of walking and seeing the sights. Overall a very good place to stay. We would do it again if we are in the area.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a bonus and we used it every morning & evening. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Very nice neighborhood and the Metro was within walking distance from the house (4 blocks). Overall, a great home to stay in while on vacation. We will book again when we come to the area.

The house was great, exactly as depicted in the listing. Slept 6 comfortably. No surprises. Location was convenient. No complaints at all - would highly recommend this house.

Great location

My family of four stayed at this property & found it to be very nice. Communication with the property manager was clear & helpful. Convenient location to metro & restaurants as well. Property was also very clean & well stocked. Overall a pleasant stay.
