Looking for a family vacation resort with lots of amenities and near the action? We've combined a two-bedroom downstairs condo unit and a two-bedroom upstairs condo unit into a large 2460 sq. ft. four bedroom townhouse. Enjoy two king size master suites, queen and twin bed guest units and two kitchens and dining rooms. Four full bathrooms. The two living areas each have fireplaces, and each has a sleeper sofa. Prepare those family meals in two well-appointed kitchens each equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils.
Only minutes from area shopping, dining and attractions, including Busch Gardens.

We rented a double condo, which meant one was upstairs and one main level, each with their own entry. Each condo was two bedroom/bath with living room, washer/dryer, kitchen and patio or balcony.Kitchen was well equipped enough and units were both very clean.

The hospitality was fantastic. Everyone at the resort was kind and helpful and responded to any requests promptly. There were lots of great amenities too- coffee shop, mini golf, indoor pool and hot tubs! We had a great time.

First day there my freezer went and I lost all of the food that we brought with us. We had two days of them, cutting trees over top of us so we couldn’t even use the balconies and once they were finished cotton, they left all of the sawdust. The toilet in one of the bedrooms was not working and we found two roaches.

First and foremost— my sincerest apologies for the mayhem. I would have certainly handled every matter quickly and kindly if you had contacted me… at anytime. Rather discouraging to see the issues in a review for the first time. As for the landscaping issues -I could have easily had the resort staff move them and clean up any mess with in seconds. I also would have compensated you for any food loss as well… and repaired the fridge and toilet quickly As you know, we have 24 hour maintenance onsite for all matters big and small. My sincerest apologies … I would have easily and quickly fixed all matters if you had contacted me.

Beautiful townhouse on a Hilton Resort! Everyone was so accommodating & friendly, the townhome was perfect for our large family (9 people) and the VRBO host was great at communicating and making us feel welcomed! We will definitely be back! Thank you for all the fun! 10 out of 10!

Great resort

The resort was very responsive to all of our requests. The king bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The furniture is past its prime but comfortable. It served the 7 of us well.

Great place, great location, family friendly and lots of things to do on and off premises. Went with my 2 girl friends and all of our kids and had a blast! 11 in total and we were all very comfortable the beds are amazing, clean, nice staff, easy to communicate with. Will book again.
