If you are planning on bringing a pet: You must review and sign our pet policy prior to making your reservation. Pets allowed with a $250 pet fee and $25 per month charge.

We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. This document will be sent over SMS text messaging to the number you have on file with your booking agency.

Parking is limited to free street parking or paid garages. Rentals over 30 days are eligible for discounted parking lot permits through the city. The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 10 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 5 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.
You must arrange to meet with our hospitality manager to exchange keys and receive a tour of the building prior to check in.

16 Church is a commercial building located in the heart of downtown Roanoke. There are retail and commercial tenants on the first floor, with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guest keys will allow use of the elevator to go between levels.
This modern apartment has brand new furnishings from TXTUR, a locally-owned luxury furniture company. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy memory foam mattress. This is a second floor apartment with stair and elevator access. It has a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. There is a full set of linens for each bed as well as towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The WiFi is fast and will easily allow for remote work. The TV includes streaming packages from Hulu, Amazon, YouTube TV (for local channels) and ESPN. All utilities are included.
