Our home is in Elua's front building (closest to the beach) with 120 degrees of unobstructed ocean view. You are just steps away from the beach, the beach walk, and to Elua's main pool and pavilion. Elua is a large complex, so check the complex maps we included before booking. Some units may be in another zip code!

You have easy access to Ulua Beach, a great, rock-free swimming beach. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!

This home is privately owned and cared for. We are just a phone call, text, or email away. Our mission is for you to have the best experience possible which is why all of our reviews are excellent (at least, that's what we've been told).

In March 2023, we installed new furniture throughout the home, purchased a new high quality Leesa mattress, and installed a new refrigerator and microwave.

Our one-bedroom, one-bath unit is on the second floor with fantastic ocean views from the living room and the bedroom. Sit on your huge lanai and enjoy the sunset every night. Wailea Elua is a gated, low-density complex within walking distance of Shops at Wailea, restaurants, resorts, and so much more. Ulua Beach, which fronts the property, is steps away for excellent snorkeling and sunbathing. In addition, the complex has a pickleball court, pools, an exercise facility, and 24-hour security. You are surrounded by very lush and beautifully maintained landscaping; without a doubt the best landscaping in all of Wailea.

The large bedroom has a California king bed as well as a pull-out queen-size bed in the living room. In the living room, there is an 80" 4K TV with cable TV, a Chromecast, and access to streaming services. There is a beautiful wrap-around deck in front of the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, and other beach vacation amenities.
