3rd floor (must climb stairs) Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pond view.
located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 2 Queen beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pond view.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with pool key only. Key is placed in the kitchen drawer and must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken key.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

Great stay!!

My boyfriend, a friend of ours and myself were in town for a wedding and this was the the perfect spot! The condo was exactly as it is pictured in the listing. Everything was clean and the owners responded very quickly for any questions we had. Its super close to the beach and a lot of attractions. It was everything we expected and would highly recommend!

Nice location

We came in for our sons baseball tournament. This is a fantastic location removed from the noise of being directly on the strip. The condo was laid out very well for a couple and one child. It was exactly as described in the ad, however, the furniture is In DEFINITE need of upgrading. The mattresses were awful. I didn’t expect top of the line but these were just awful. None of us could sleep. The couch was just as awful. I found myself sitting on the dining chairs just to be somewhat comfortable. We have animals. I’m NOT opposed to having dogs in the house. But it’s obvious that renters have let their animals potty on the outdoor balcony because once the sun hits on the outdoor carpet and heats it up, you have to retreat inside because the odor of dog urine will overwhelm you. Pros: price, location!, safety layout Cons: furniture, smell
