Hej jag är Terri, välkommen till Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompano Beachfront! RÄTT PÅ VACKRA POMPANO STRAND! Ligger på 3401 N. E. 10th St. Pompano Beach 33062. Vi är ledsna, men vi accepterar inte husdjur. Dessa lägenheter är en 1 sovrum 400 kvm med ett komplett kök. Det sover 3 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och 2 små barn bekvämt. Den har en queen size-säng med en mycket trevlig skummadrass från Serta och en futon / bäddsoffa i full storlek i vardagsrummet. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Det finns en tv i sovrummet och en tv i vardagsrummet med separata kabelboxar och premiumkanaler. Vi har wifi också!
Dessa lägenheter har en mixer, brödrost, kaffebryggare, strykjärn / bräda, hårtork, solstolar, badlakan och paraply.
En strand-tema, mycket ren & välskött lägenhet med allt du behöver för en perfekt vistelse på stranden! Du måste vara minst 25 år för att hyra denna lägenhet. VI Hyr inte ut till fjäderbrytare. Vi har 6 olika lägenheter tillgängliga i detta komplex. Du kan se dem alla genom att söka på dessa vrbo # 's 325060 eller Homeaway # 356251, 308962, 444084

Denna enhet ligger på andra våningen. Vi har en hiss. Varje lägenhet har en gratis parkeringsplats framför byggnaden också!

Poolen är uppvärmd och trappar ner till stranden där det finns ett bra picknickområde med grill, bord, solstolar, paraply och stolar. Det finns också ett tvättstuga på ditt golv. Vi levererar tvättmedel.

När du stannar på Atlantic Terrace vet vi att du vill komma tillbaka igen!

Vacation at Pompano Beach

The place was small, but just enough for two people and had just enough for everything you needed. Very clean right on the beach. Had a nice saltwater pool. Would definitely go back there again. Location close enough to everything.

Great little property steps from Pompano Beach

Happy to find this place right on beach. Great location.Many close places to eat and shop both directions. Room comfy and decently equipped. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Owner Terri very responsive and flexible.

Little hideaway between high rise buildings!!!

The condo was good for a short visit and had almost everything that you need. Parking was a plus as was the pool and being near the beach. We loved being near pompano beach family pier with good restaurants, drinks, treats and shopping. Terri was responsive to our concerns about the construction and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible with all that going on.

Nice beach getaway

Overall a nice, slightly dated but clean efficiency apt. and priced accordingly. Only issue is there was no bath soap that we could find. The reason for 4 stars on accuracy of listing is the photo that shows 2 chairs on what looks like a small balcony are actually outside the front door off the hallway.

Great stay

Condo was great. A super cute little place in a small building between the other highrises. I always like staying in a smaller place; it's much more cozy and home-like. The condo is small but it was still comfortable with two younger kids.I would stay again.

Tiny hold-out among high rises

This was a great little condo for a long weekend. Building is located on the beach, nice clean pool and private beach area. The mattress is very soft and has to be up against a wall on one side because the bedroom is so small. Also the construction next door was quite loud, especially early Friday morning.

Great stay

The place is summer cute and right on the beach! If you are looking to hang at the beach all day it’s perfect. I would say this place is meant more for a couple than having two or more people that wouldn’t normally share a bed. The place is very tiny and has an interesting layout. It is super cute though and the owner is amazing!

Loved Pompano Beach

I had a great time visiting Pompano Beach! I loved my stay! I thought everything was exactly like it was explained! I loved that I wasnt at a big resorts, you were 10 steps away from your toes in the sand, laundry on site, and everything you needed in the condo. I have no complaints at all and hope to visit again in the future!

Quiet and accommodating

Perfect place for a night for new years . Murphy bed was really comfortable. Ac was super quiet . Beach was literally 50 feet away and pool was heated ! Terri was very accommodating and pleasant to have as a host ,!

Great Trip !

Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we arrived to the condo around 1 am, I can't tell you how relieved I was at how clean the unit was, I didn't have to clean anything. The beach is gorgeous, everything was true to the description. The pull out coach was tired but Terry was there and said a new one was already on order !

Location location location

Great location right on the beach. Small but functional condo. Comfortable for a short stay. There is a large condo going up next store so there is some noise and dust from construction but it could not be heard from the beach (but was most definitely heard at the pool). Appreciated the beach and water toys available for my daughter. Location to the beach can't be beat and was an easy 20 minute walk in any direction to reach great parks if you're travelling with kids.

Great place! Right on the beach and so quiet.

The construction was a non issue for us. We loved the stay and right on the beach. It was a peaceful quiet location. Pool was great and room was perfect for a quick getaway.

I travel to Pompano Beach about every 2 months to make sure my units are well taken care of. I am very particular about the cleanliness & appearance of my units. It is most important to me that my condos are a place where I would be happy & comfortable to stay in. You will love it here! A quiet relaxing atmosphere on a smaller more quiet scale.
