The XL twin bed on the top of the bunk is not suitable for anyone over 100 pounds. Premium bedding extra pillows and blankets. Deck with two seats and a table room to store skis and snowboards ( please store on the deck) at entry there is a bench to takeoff your boots and plenty of hooks for your skiing or snowboarding gear. Please do not walk around with boots in the house I prefer all shoes to be taken off at the entry please
