This fully equipped home comfortably fits large families or groups in order to enjoy all there is to do nearby whether it's a Gator game, walking trails, natural springs, downtown Gainesville or events hosted by UF. Home is located in a gated golf community which boasts a neighborhood pool, parks for the children and a restaurant. This is the retreat your family has been looking for.
The space
Welcome to our private luxury retreat built in 1979. A gorgeous and unique multi-level brick house with large rooms including a greatroom with original pink marble fireplace, bar, reading and dinning areas.

The oversized kitchen enables your entire family or friends to enjoy each other's company all while cooking together.

Master bedroom includes a workspace and large private bathroom which includes a standing shower with sauna and a jetted tub. Also this bedroom has its own access to a spacious balcony overlooking a creek and the San Felasco Nature Reserve. The balcony has access to the greatroom and also to the kitchen/living room area.

Spacious theater/entertainment room allows you to enjoy movies in the comfort of your own home.

Enjoy the wild life crossing the property to the nature reserve on a daily basis.

This villa is where you will want to spend your days with your family or friends and still be able to enjoy your own personal space. A peaceful space that will always call you to stay one more night.

Quiet property outside town…

A group of students stayed. It was a good stay. Property is nice, has lots of space. Outside of town, we stayed on a football weekend. Good value and property if you are looking for something close but not right in Gainesville

Graduation

Several family members stayed at the house for a UF Graduation. The house was perfect and the host was great to deal with. It was clean and spacious with an amazing patio. Plenty of room to spread out in as well.

Wonderful Christmas trip with entire family

Gorgeous property with excellent layout. My son, his wife and 2 year old literally had their own side of the home while the rest of the adults were located in a completely separate level which made it quiet and peaceful for everyone. Top quality appliances, lots of separate areas for watching tv or having conversations without disturbing anyone. My adult children from Colorado and Virginia were able to enjoy catching up with one another. My daughter and her family who live in nearby High Springs were able to come and play at the house and we all walked through the State Park which is actually adjacent to the home. We saw deer every day. This was just a delightful place which we hope to be able to enjoy again in the future.
