Pet-Friendly and full of fun amenities, our cozy 2 bed 2 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive from Rowlett entertainment and only 20 minutes East of Dallas. Looking for a fun, relaxing getaway? Shoot some pool or grab a drink and unwind in the hot tub under patio lights! Looking to settle in and get some work done? Take advantage of our two dedicated workspaces and gym. Our home will accommodate whatever experience you are looking for and we are thrilled to have you!

With high ceilings, spacious rooms, and a clean yet cozy decor style, our stay will give you that "homey" feel we all love. Each room has a unique ambiance designed to highlight its main features and amenities, creating a variety of experiences in one stay.
Central and spacious, the kitchen features a large island, a beautiful stone backsplash, updated appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal. We've even stocked the basics for you including olive oil, butter, seasonings, flour, and sugar. And yes, don't worry, there is a coffee maker!
There are a few options for where to dine:
- The bar facing the kitchen / living room has 3 stools and pendant lights- great for a casual meal!
- If you want to get fancy, there is a cozy dining nook with a table and 4 fabric chairs.
- Or bust out the folding tray tables (located behind the couch) and watch TV while you eat. We all do it...
The living room has a large L-Shaped couch, stoned fireplace (gas), mounted 70" Smart TV, and doggy door. Snuggle up and watch your favorite shows by the fire without the hassle of letting your pets in and out!
The master bedroom is one of our favorite spaces. It has a light, airy feel that will instantly relax you when you walk in. It features a king sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a large window / seating nook, and mounted 65" Smart TV, which doesn't hurt either! The master bathroom has a double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and garden style tub.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, Roku TV, reach-in closet, and a boho / vintage style gallery wall and decor. Perfectly quaint as well.
The third bedroom serves as a dedicated workspace with a large, L-Shaped desk and Roku TV- great if you prefer a private office.
The laundry room is is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer, additional cleaning supplies, and extra blankets for the colder seasons.

Literally... the back patio, grill, lounge area and hot tub are all covered with string lights and a mounted Smart TV. The hot tub comfortably seats 6 people and has all the bells and whistles- lights, jets, etc. Beyond the patio there is plenty of yard space for your pups to run around! All enclosed by a brand new privacy fence, so you are completely concealed from neighbors (as much as we love them).
