This unique place has a style all its own! This newly renovated downtown space is a one bed one bath with an open floor plan. Enjoy a trip back to the early 1900s with modern conveniences. The balcony with a sitting area overlooks Silver Moon Plaza park and stage. This is an upstairs unit. The twenty-three stairs are enclosed but if this is a difficulty for your travel, please consider another option.

Cool vibe

Loved the ambiance of the loft. Might be nice to get some room darkening shades, for both morning and night, but all in all it was a great stay!

Such a cute and cozy loft apartment

We absolutely loved this little loft! It was right in the heart of town and easily accessible to shops and restaurants. We walked down to a little diner (T.J.'s) for breakfast and it was easy and fun! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the town wake up. We will definitely be coming back. Unique, attractive and comfortable loft

The loft was very comfortable, attractive, clean and well located with good parking. Stairs to the loft were less than desirable and I wish I had known about them prior to booking. I would highly recommend to anyone that does not have a lot of luggage or other "stuff" to lug up narrow stairway.

anyone looking for a center of chillicothe rental will be overly joyed to stay here. sits in the literal middle of the town. wonderful decor. i loved the balcony with its view of the court house and farmers market with it overlooking g a beautiful courtyard. loved my stay.

So Beautiful

Perfect for me! Super cute place, very well designed! I would recommend this place to anyone! Not handicap friendly though. Lots of stairs! It was a great place for me to come visit my hometown.

This property has been a labor of love, prayers, blood, sweat and tears! The building was built in 1980 and was originally a drug store. When we purchased the property in 2021, it was in pretty rough shape. There are 4 units in the L-shaped property, 2 commercial lower units and 2 residential units upstairs. After renovation, the property has put its mark on the community!

This property has a one-of-a-kind balcony overlooking our small town's Silver Moon Plaza where many concerts & festivals are held throughout the year. The tall wooden and glass doors dividing the office & bedroom are from a nearby high school that was torn down a few years ago. The exposed brick wall provides so much character.
