Newly remodeled quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath home in downtown Dexter, Missouri

Beautiful and cozy 1 story brick home built in the 1950's (approximately 1100 sq. ft). Newly remodeled in 2023; this quaint home includes 2 bedrooms both with queen sized bed and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with shower only. Appliances purchased new in April 2023 including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & garbage disposal. Living room has a full-size couch with a Smart TV and free WIFI.

Located in downtown Dexter within walking distance to historic streets full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness center, etc... across the street from The Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home

No garage or covered parking (yet) but ample parking along the side of the house with additional parking on the street.

Always a pleasant stay.

Nicely appointed house that is quiete and comfortable. Enjoy using the kitchen which has a good assortment of dishes, pots and pan which we rreally appreciate.

This property is great. We stayed here while visiting family in town and loved the convenience. The house layout is spacious and comfy. The kitchenware and appliances were also really good. We didn’t have any problems and highly recommend it.

Family Visit

Cleanliness of the property was exactly as everyone commented on, very clean. Only mention I have are on the beds. The memory foam bed would have been great had it had a boxspring. The other bed was just ok. I would still stay here again.

Hello Dexter

This is an adorable place and I had a wonderful time. Ryan was the best! Very accommodating and communicative. I found the house clean, organized and comfortable. It had most of what we needed, but he could use some pans and bowls in the kitchen. Other than that, I would recommend it if you’re planning on seeing Dexter.

The perfect cozy house.

Short stay to visit family in town. The house was perfectly appointed. Nicely renovated but thoughtfully decorated to remind you of its past architecture and charm. Looking forward to another stay!

The cutest house in dexter

this remodeled Vrbo is very spacious and so cute! Perfect location (across from a family dollar for any forgotten items) and close to the downtown shops. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting!

Nice accommodations

Very attractive and comfortable. Well supplied and equipped. Suggest adding railing to back entry and grab bars and friction strips or mat to bath. Also a hall night light would be a nice addition. The house is very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay!

Stay for Rodeo

Stayed there because i took my family to the bootheel rodeo. It was very nice not far from the rodeo and very nice place . Old charm with modern updates wonderful stay !!!

Very nice house!!!

Upon entering we noticed how clean & open concept the house is. Great kitchen & dining area! Huge open living rm. Nicely decorated. Short walk to shops & cafe. Host is very responsive. Grounds well maintained. T.V. is top notch. Fast wifi. Can't wait to stay again!!

Cozy Clean and Adorable

The Greer House is Cozy, Clean and Adorable. The home has cute local touches such as Dexter-opoly which the family had lots of fun playing.. this home is located in Downtown Dexter which was convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat, Across the street is a family dollar and a florist who did an amazing job on my sisters graduation bouquet. Over all very satisfied with my stay at the Greer House and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dexter

Love this little house

Everything was fresh and clean and new. Decor was homey and suited the vintage house. Plenty of room for 5 adults (with one on the couch). Owner is very responsive and eager to make sure your stay is comfortable. House is within a block from the railroad tracks and the train whistle is loud. But after the first night, we slept right through it. We were in Dexter for family Thanksgiving week. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little home

This little place was perfect for our quick trip to Dexter for a class reunion. It was clean quaint and had everything you might need for an extended stay. We will definitely return.
