Your own space in the heart of East Nashville - the most diverse, eclectic and historic neighborhood in Nashville. The Carriage House apartment (with 750 Five Star Reviews on the other site) is above a detached garage with your own private entrance and parking space. Since it is above the garage, please note there is one flight of stairs and the garage is actively used for parking (noise is very minimal) but is separated from the living space by a locked door. The space can sleep up to 4 people when using the pullout couch bed. Full kitchenette, 1 Bedroom, 1 full bath residence has everything you need with top of the line furnishings, decor and complimentary amenities. Nashville City PERMIT 201531102

The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. I highly recommend the Carriage House and hope to return!

Quiet, Great Place in Nashville

This was such a quiet, peaceful apartment in Nashville and such a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it had every amenity we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Jason provided very clear check in and check out instructions and even provided complimentary snacks and beverages. The space was clean and very cute and comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place

Place is very nice and well appointed. Super convenient location to get anywhere in the city. Owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. May not be your best option if you are planning to cook meals.

Enjoyed our stay!

The carriage house was everything promised. Very nice property in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and a grocery store was very near, so I could pick up a few things and make breakfast daily. We enjoy lingering over breakfast and coffee so that was perfect.

Perfect spot for a quick overnight

My husband and I were looking for an overnight, not too far away. This was the perfect place to experience everything East Nashville has to offer! It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything! The carriage house was beautifully appointed and I slept Sooo well in the bed! Will be back!

We were in Nashville for hockey and stayed an extra night after the tournament ended to enjoy a little bit of Nashville.The Private Carriage House is a hidden gem. The loft met all our needs for our short stay. Jason, our host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early, THANK YOU! When were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the little extras that were provided (loved the eyeur host was very responsive to all our needs and even let us check in early

Our stay at the carriage house was perfect. We were very pleased with the home, but the location made it even better! Close enough to places (restaurants, coffee, downtown, etc.), but outside of the busyness of the city. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO the next time we stay in Nashville!

Jason's carriage house is perfect for a couple looking to explore all nashville has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants, extremely quick uber to Broadway. Loved the place. We come to Nashville about once a year and I will look at availability on this property first before anything else moving forward!

Best rental spot in Nashville!

It’s a darling place!! Reasonably priced and a quick commute to the strip and airport. Loved the decor and bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about this stay was pleasing. Wonderful!!

We stayed here for a concert at the Nissan Stadium and it was a great location for that. We walked to dinner and found that there were many options for us to choose from within walking distance. The place is so cute sand clean! Also, little snacks, coffee, and sodas were a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated and enjoyed.
