Enjoy this nice 2bdrm/2bath condo in Captiva Sands. All one level. Just a short distance to beach and come back and relax by the pool. Great screened porch for evening cocktail and jump up in the morning for a tennis match with friends. Located within walking distance to Big Fish, Arena's & the Market Place.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once you have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.
