The east-facing kitchen, dining area, Florida Room, and lanai are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the morning sunrise. White Plantation shutters throughout create a tropical feel.

And all living spaces are on one level --- NO STAIRS!

Your Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Size bed, walk-in closet, over-sized bathroom with soaking tub and large shower, and lovely views of the lake.

And there are two other spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms for your guests, including one with two full-size beds. Smart TVs in every bedroom and cozy morning dining area leading to the living room and Florida Room with an outdoor lanai with expansive views of the lake.

The kitchen includes a central island and snack bar w/ seating, and new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, blender, toaster, spices, cookware, dishware & flatware

The home also boasts FREE WiFi and Cable TV, and Central A/C.

Luxurious hotel-quality towels & linens, in-home washer/dryer, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, hangers, iron/board, and trash bags & paper towels are all provided for our guests.

For your convenience and security there is an Electronic Front Door Lock with dedicated code assigned just to YOU during your visit.

Also, there’s a large 2 car garage, with lots of storage for luggage and other items.

You'll have use of the bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas, plus ample parking on driveway (2 vehicles), garage (2 vehicles).

Indian Wells is a highly sought-after community within Lely Resort, with only 44 homes amidst lushly landscaped grounds and sidewalks that connect to miles of walking paths throughout this master planned community. It's truly the perfect place to call home during your vacation!

You’ll have a variety of resort amenities to choose from!

The Players Club and Spa in Lely Resort is offered for a $375 guest fee, paid outside of VRBO but will be included as part of our SUMMER SPECIAL and provides a variety of social and sporting activities, including three restaurants, three resort-style pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce ball, health spa with massage, and fitness center.

Lely Resort is also home to 3 championship golf courses: The Flamingo and The Mustang, are both public, and The Classic is private.

If you prefer, you can spend your days soaking up the sun on Naples Beach, or at nearby TigerTail beach on Marco Island, exploring the Everglades nearby, or taking the kids and grandkids to the Naples Caribbean Gardens and Zoo!

Evenings are made for walking down the boulevard on 5th Avenue or 3rd Street and enjoying world-class restaurants and shopping!
