This two bedroom, two bath cozy cottage, in the Village of Mira Mesa, is just the right place for you to spend a few days or enjoy a long stay! Enjoy all The Villages has to offer on your stay at the friendliest town in Florida. The Villages has so many attractions: Golfing, Pickleball, Restaurants, Shops, and to top it all off...Nightly live music in all three town squares!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

This cozy cottage is close to Lake Sumter, which is full of entertainment, and is just a hop, skip, and jump from Spanish Springs Town Square which has plenty of shops and restaurants. You will not go wrong on your vacation in this house!

We thought it was odd that the attached garage did not have a door to the home; you needed to go outside to get into the attached garage. This didn't really matter too much to us because we didn't need to use the garage.

extremely bad mattresses and pillows

the beds and pillows were terrible. they were old and worn out! the yards needed attention. the location was perfect.. need patio furniture outside the enjoy the outdoors. .

Nice place

Nice place for our stay close to family. Had an issue with the air conditioner. Property manager temporarily remedied the issue. Unfortunately we got sick with the “Crud” so we had to spend several days inside.

Celebration of 90th b-day

The property was great for our needs. There was ample space,and plenty of kitchen items. Sheets and towels were very nice. Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance issues including the front screen door closure bracket which had a poor attempt at repair with inappropriate materials. My Son-in-law who is an engineer repared it properly. The primary bed was not at all comfortable. w

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed our stay. House was well appointed. Location was perfect. Can’t say enough about Village valet. Top notch communication. Seamless check in and out. Very good experience. Looking forward to working with V.V. next year !!
