This luxurious new build was completed in September 2021 and inside it you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, timber trusses, and a serene outdoor area. Additional features of this home include:
• Stunning views of the Ponderosa Pines with a covered back patio that features a fireplace, hot tub, water feature and furniture
• Open living room with comfortable seating, large flatscreen tv, stone gas fireplace, and large windows for lots of natural light
• Chefs kitchen offers double sinks, ovens, and dishwashers, 6 burner gas stovetop, and stunning wood cabinets with granite countertops
• Dining table has seating for up to 10 people with four seats available at the kitchen island bar
