The home has 3 levels and 2 levels have porches and decking across the entire rear of the home with beautiful mountain and lake views. Adjacent to your private dock and lakeshore, relax at the covered pavilion and firepit, cook dinner on one of several gas grills and smokers that are available. Lake Chatuge water levels are low from October to the first week of May, therefore not allowing for boat parking at the dock, however...kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat may be rented.
