3rd floor condo/apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located directly by Lake Cay. Pool area with 'regular' pool and children's pool right outside. Gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burger and Asian restaurants within easy walking distance. Entire unit air-conditioned, elevators in the building, and wireless internet. Washing room with washer and dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Fridge with ice / water, coffee maker etc. Living room with 42' HDTV and sofa group. Every bedroom has 32' HDTV, drawers and walk in closet. Master and 2nd bedroom has 2 x Twin beds.

Great for AAU Volleyball

It was close, but not too close, to the convention center (you could walk if you wanted but it was HOT). We were in the Reserve area which has a great pool and is very close to Publix, etc. However, be prepared- it has the very minimum when it comes to necessities (think one single serve coffee pod without a single serve coffee maker, no kitchen towels or containers for leftovers, one trash bag, etc ).

Great stay

Location was wonderful right across from the pool!! The coffee maker stopped working and it was replaced same day by resort staff. Great communication!

Perfect location

Great unit. Location very convenient, near convention center, airport and many attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Supermarket at walking distance. Will definitely rent this place again if we come back to Orlando.

February stay

Our 4th yr spending month of Feb at Vista Cay. As always a very enjoyable stay. Felt the condo could use a deep clean especially the floors under furniture. A shout out to staff who were quick to replace dryer that wasn’t working and fixing kitchen disposal. Staff always nice and responsive . We have already booked our stay for next yr.

Great location for our trip

Could not work

Physically the building was ok, However we had no wi-fi in either of the two units we rented not TV some of the time. We brought staff to work and without the wi-fi we were not able to use the condo for our meetings, Can you believe we had to go to McDonalds a few times in order to communicate, Called the office and was unfirmed that since we booked thru VRBO that there was nothing they could do, They did call the cable company but to no avail. Very unproductive for us and much wasted time

Great Location, Nice Unit and Property

We really enjoyed our recent stay! The unit is right across the street from one of the pools/hot tubs in the complex, within walking distance to a nice grocery, dining options, etc., and close to Sea World, Aquatica, and many other fun things to do like Icon Park, mini-golf, go-karting. The unit was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. The patio has a lake view, which is nice. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay in this location again!

Great Central Location and Beautiful Condo

My husband, and two daughters and I stayed Oct 31-Nov 6th. My husband was there for the DEMA convention, which was right down the street. We also did the tourist thing. We rented a car to be able to get around the state. This condo was very central in Orlando. It's immaculate and quite large. Check-in was seamless and quick. It was in a gated area with lots of parking. We stayed in building 4114 and was right across from the pool in the Reserved area. Our girls went to the main pool one day and said it was just a short walk away..

Not all units are close to clubhouse. If you plan to use the pool and enjoy the bar make sure the unit you rent is in walking distance.

Location location location

Vista Cay is located close to all the parks and the new Epic Universe. Orange county convention center even closer. Easy access to the express way and MCO. I like the gated area with publix and restaurants outside the gate with in walking distance Always clean and quiet

Just short of perfect

There were a few items that were an issue with the room. I left a note with those issues. Little things like a plugged sink drain, coffee pot did not fit the coffee maker (had to improvise) over a block away from the big pool, exercise room and pool bar.

Great Location Easy Checkin.

Condo was central to everything. We had a late flight so checked in after midnight. The instructions for checking in were spot on and easy to follow. Where able to easily get to condo and start our golf vacation.

Condo, was clean and convenient.

The Place was New, and had all the bare essentials. It would be nice if they provided a broom, and a working coffee maker. We also ran into trouble during check-in. They were great in helping us get into the unit after hours. However, they made our keys stop functioning after 12 hours, as they wanted us to come in person to do a physical duplication of all the paperwork we did online. We discovered this while we were at our door with piles of groceries. the next morning. Still the place was perfect for our needs, would stay here again.

Clean but dated furnishings

The condo was very clean. The furnishings were older, carpet very worn and the utensils/dishes were sparse. For the price it was all good. Property manager very responsive to questions.

Fit for a family

There is definite wear and tear however it was all we needed. The lake view from the balcony is at an angle instead of direct but it was still viewable. The only issue I had was the dryer would not dry a normal load. It could only handle small loads.
