Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. This is a completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a separate laundry area. Nestled behind St Joseph's Cathedral, you are within walking distance from the excitement of an ever expanding and vibrant downtown, and minutes from the Denny Sanford Premier Center, along with the Avera and Sanford medical complexes.
The space
This is a completely remodeled home with all new kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies and bedroom mattresses and linens.

Other things to note
The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement of this home. This is a story and a half home. The upper floor is its own separate unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces with this unit.

Comfortable beds, easy check out process

This was a great home. It was a super clean and the location made it easy to get where we wanted to go. We had stayed in many rentals recently and this may have been out favorite one.

Lovely place

We had a softball tournament in Sioux Falls and it was the perfect getaway for a few days while we were in town. 10/10 recommend! Property owner takes care of the place really well.

Cathedral neighborhood

Very comfortable and clean. Street parking was okay, would prefer to park in the driveway. House was excellent.

Great downstairs but noisy upstairs!

The house was very accommodating; clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated! Our only complaint is the site was listed as Entire House, however, the noise from the upstairs was annoying!

Sioux Falls stay

Craig was very helpful getting my sister into the into the unit with her walker. Just wish we had known the steps were that steep. Otherwise, a lovely home. Very cozy.

Noisy upstairs tenants

Place was absolutely gorgeous beds were amazingly comfortable the house was perfect the only downfall was there was noise from the people above could even hear them talking those days we didn't get much rest that's why I'm giving it a one-star the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and very well stocked apeoplfew nights we couldn't get any rest
