Historically significant space with all of the modern conveniences that you would expect. Located in a historic community within minutes of Downtown. Our guests have found the property to be stunning.
We are new to VRBO. But we have over 400 online reviews with an average rating of 4.8. We decided to include the third floor Penthouse/ballroom. This enables our guests to enjoy the entire mansion.
The Mansion is 10,500 square feet. The Third Floor is a 3,000 square foot Ballroom/Penthouse, which is included.
There are seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms. There are two additional sleeping areas. One on the on the third floor and the other on the first floor.
Enclosed fenced parking. Additional street parking.
The World Class Toledo Museum of Art is a brisk 15-minute walk away.

The property is amazing. It is so spacious. The property features one-of-a-kind beauty. It's the perfect blend of historic craftsmanship with updated features. The kitchen is updated with Viking stove and convection oven. The adjacent morning room is open to the kitchen. The butler's pantry connects the kitchen to our formal dining area.
The grounds are on over an acre. That is unique for in-the-city living. The property is protected by a 6-foot rough-iron fence.
