Gillade: Incheckning och plats

Excellent location.

As compared to other condos we have rented in the DR previously, this one was …ok. Not as nice as in the pictures. Quite a bit more run down. Although rough around the edges, the location is great, steps from the pool, 3 min to the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants, pharmacies and currency exchanges etc etc. Overall it was a nice spot to stay. Prob slightly overpriced for the quality, but makes up for it in location and convenience.

Great Quiet Location

My husband and I really enjoyed this location! A quiet location to relax and enjoy the pool but also a short walk to the beach and access to so many restaurants, groceries, or anything else you made need. We felt very safe and management was quick to respond to all of our questions. Thank you so much!

Super Happy with Lodging

The unit we ended up booking was not the one that was originally listed, The property manager had to change the accommodation twice before settling on the one we booked. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable but this unit only had a TV in one of the bedrooms and there really wasn't a comfortable common area to hang out. The complex it was in was delightful with 2 great restaurant choices and was just a short walk across the street to a fabulous beach that never got too crowded and was surrounded by 2 additional restaurants on the beach. It was also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and markets and shops. I would stay here again in a heart beat but would make sure I was getting a unit that had a living room kind of space for hanging out. We were nervous about having to pay for electricity but it was only $23 for 9 days!

Main attraction for this property was having a maid. The listing is not clear how often the maid comes however we were informed on arrival that maid comes every 3dys. We were booked for 7 & therefore expected maid twice. She only came once. When I left I queried this with the owner and all I got was a message offering a discount on my next visit, no apology, no explanation, nothing. It was as if I were communicating with a robot. The place is nice but don’t think I’d like to be treated like this. Other than that, nice neighbourhood.
