Rental Agreement and ID: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement, outlining the guidelines and house rules and provide identification, within 24 hours. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily sign the agreement.
**REQUIREMENT TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Our home is an APPROVED City of Henderson short-term rental in a quiet residential neighborhood. A lot of work has gone into becoming certified and we are grateful for the opportunity. We require that our guests respect our neighborhood during their stay. This means complying with city established rules for short-term rentals, including but not limited to: Maximum occupancy, pool use hours, quiet hours, having fun but controlling noise-levels, no-events and no-parties, and a few other rules which will be shared with you after booking. Thank you for helping us stay compliant. Your help allows future guests to enjoy our home as well.
**Please note that if any of the Good Neighbor rules are violated, ALL and ANY costs associated with the complaints will be passed onto the guest. This includes, but is not limited to municipal fines and cost of additional staff/authorities.**
**Our pool cleaning and gardening service always occurs on a predetermined weekday and in the middle of the day and may occur during your stay. Details will be shared after booking.**
