We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy, beautifully maintained, and offered breathtaking cliffside views. It was the perfect setting for a birthday getaway, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We made wonderful memories here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved it here. It was clean, comfortable, and the view is beautiful. We loved the fire pit, the board games, and sitting in the Florida room during a storm. We hope to rent this place again!

Such a cool place to stay! They aren’t kidding when they say it’s cliffside. The views were beautiful, and there were lots of places to relax, especially the cozy sunroom. The walk down to the water was fun, and we loved watching the wildlife- deer literally would come right up to the windows, and we even saw foxes on the hillside.For an older house in the middle of the woods it was surprisingly clean and overall it very well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if I wanted a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

The TV in the living room has to be turned on by a switch in the stairs leading to the basement. Very unclear how to operate. Also stairs down to fire pit and Creek were treacherous.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home for our anniversary weekend! The house itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable getaway. But the real highlight has to be the mountain views—they are truly spectacular and unforgettable to wake up to. The host was fantastic and attentive, ensuring we had a perfect stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special weekend, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect mountain retreat. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful winter getaway. Saw several deer and bald eagles! You must be physically able to do stairs to enjoy outside fire pit. Terrific beds and area, great hosts.

Location and views are outstanding. Perfect for the start of fall. We had a great time playing board games, hiking the Delaware Water Gap, and getting cozy watching movies in the basement. The house itself is fine, best described as an older house with decent upgrades. Firepit is nice and the steps to the river are fun, but the outside is not necessarily the best for small children or dogs. Dog walk area for late night bathroom breaks is pretty confined (the fact it's on a cliff is a good cue for this). A couple small things added up to keep this from being as great as it could have been: 1) no clear clothes storage locations in bedrooms; 2) primary bathroom upstairs is not great, sink is basically unusable with the sink layout and faucet spray getting water everywhere (we opted to use the downstairs bathroom even though we slept upstairs); 3) amenities were spotty - didn't provide Keurig pods and didn't provide laundry detergent even though we asked about using the washer before arrival 4) weird wiring for main floor bathroom and tv (minor grip, hard to describe). 5) perhaps outside the control of the management but the surrounding neighborhood doesn't give the best vibes, all I will say is it's a little surprising this is in an HOA. Want to stress we still had an excellent time at this property, and I still recommend but it's somewhat clear that the folks managing the property do not regularly stay here themselves to reaffirm guest experience.

We booked this home looking for a quiet get away where we could relax and enjoy family time and this was the perfect home to do so. The views are amazing, we loved the water and sounds of nature, even had a deer come right up to the front door. I find myself picky about cleanliness when staying places, this home exceeded all expectations and was extremely clean and well maintained. The check in and check out process was smooth and communication was quick whenever we messaged or had a question.This home is fairly secluded (as mentioned in the description), so we bought all our food and drinks before arriving as the closest grocery store is about 15-20 minutes away. If looking for something to do in the area — we did the animal and snake farm, Bushkill falls and even went horseback riding at Mountain Creek riding stable - all recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the scenery and amazing views of the property. We particularly enjoyed being on top of a mountain, and being surrounded by trees, and nature while creating new memories. It was a very relaxing and recharging experience. The cabin was located close to Shawnee ski mountain, which was a big plus for us. We are so happy we chose this cabin for our most recent adventure! We look forward to coming back in the near future!

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect. Everything that we wanted to do was close by. We hiked Bushkill Falls during the day and enjoyed the peacefulness of the house overlooking the mountains and listened to the river down below. We would definitely come back and highly staying here.

We were lucky enough to get our whole family together for the first time in years and this home was the perfect fit! Everything you could need has been thought of and provided. We enjoyed everything from the gorgeous views to fishing down in the river..thank you for a great vacation!
