Find the best of both worlds: tranquil privacy in a heavily wooded backyard, just minutes away from shopping and restaurants.
Perfect for romantic weekends or large gatherings. Hosts live on-site in a separate space, so you have complete privacy whether relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying pool, ping pong, the fire pit or luxurious covered patio - but we are on hand should help is needed. Close to the Smokies, UT, and 10 miles to Wind Rock outdoor adventure area. 225' circular drive for trailers. 1000 mbps wifi. 5 smart TVs. Sleeps 8 in bedrooms and 2 in main room (Rooms: 1 K + 3Q +1 double sleeper sofa in main room). Also, there's plenty of room for double or queen air mattress in main room, if you want to bring an extra bed. We do allow parties, within reason. Any party plans must be approved in advance.

Beautiful retreat!

This property is beautiful! Spacious with beautiful covered porch to relax. It was the perfect getaway for a nice weekend, even though the weather did not cooperate!

Mountain bike club spring break trip

We stayed here for the weekend to ride at windrock bike park. The location was perfect and the hot tub was awesome after riding. I had messed up the booking dates and the host was able to work with me to correct the issue

Excellent

Zero issues with owners on site. Celebrated NYE with late night hub tub. Hosts helpful if needed and totally vacant if not needed. Definitely would stay again.

Best Christmas Eve Party.Place Ever

We hosted a Christmas Eve party here for 32 and we all had the best time! The house was beautifully decorated. We loved everything about this home! We will always refer to this home as the Christmas House! It was magical!

Exactly as advertised with exceptional service!

Very nice, fun space

My friends and I loved our stay here. Selling points for us were the hot tub, fire pit, and large interior with a bar, pool table, and multiple areas to hang out. The owners live upstairs, and the entrance to the unit is behind the house down some stairs, which is fine, but the third stair from the bottom is broken and pretty dangerous. Also, we were not able to find a thermostat to control the temperature, but the weather was nice, so we didn’t worry about it too much. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Bible study group intensive!

It was spacious and had lots of seating indoors and out. We had lunch on the covered patio, dinner by a roaring fire in the fire pit and everyone slept well in the numerous beds and bedrooms. Anything we needed, our hostess replied promptly and ALWAYS with a CAN DO!

Great Getaway

Property was exactly as posted. Comfortable beds, and plenty of things to do. Kids loved the pooltable and ping pong. Owners extremely responsive and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for Windrock, wonderful hosts.

Perfect location for Windrock. Ample parking. We had two tow vehicles with two trailers and three Jeeps! Beautiful backyard over looking woods and Oliver Springs. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Pool table and ping pong! Plenty of room inside for 6-8 adults without being crowded at all. We will be back for sure! Hosts were available whenever we needed and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Miss it already!

House is surrounded on 3 sides by heavy woods and is built for fun with pool or ping pong, or relaxation with a dry sauna, hot tub and fire pit. Indoor and outdoor dining for 8, the house boasts a 30'x60' main room and a 10'x75' covered patio...but still provides quiet corners for relaxation or reading.

The most unique feature is the secluded backyard and woods the unit opens onto. Two double glass doors open to a covered, fully furnished patio that overlooks a 40'x80' flat grassy yard and beyond that, thick woods. Grill up a steak on the gas grill, then eat at the outside dining table before relaxing by the fire pit or in the hot tub. If you're more into indoor recreation, a pool table and two smart tvs await you in the unit. Enjoy!
