Sept helger tillgängliga och bokning för nästa sommar

Denna söta tappning hem renoverades och är idealisk för din strandresa. Hemmet ligger i den historiska stadsdelen St Joe och är en lätt promenad till Silver Beach vid Lake Michigan. Det centrala området är bara några kvarter bort, tillsammans med Krasl Art Center, nyfiken Kid Museum och St Joe Public Library.

Huset har ett stort vardagsrum med separat matsal. Badrummet har totalrenoverats med en ny fåfänga, fixturer, vitt kakel golv och badkar område, etc. Köket har rensad med nya skåp, disk, apparater, etc. Den är fullt utrustad med kaffebryggare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, etc. Det finns två sovrum tillsammans med en sleeper-soffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och rum A / C-enheter i hemmet. Det finns också en veranda och en privat bakgård med utemöbler. Hemmet är trevligt inredda med konst och antikviteter.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back! The kitchen had everything had everything we needed, the space was perfect was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere!

Sunflower Cottage: Cozy & Cool

We had a wonderful stay here in this homey yet artsy cottage in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The gorgeous beach is an easy walk and the charming downtown is, too. Many local restaurants and shops to enjoy. Big fenced yard for our little dog, too! Unqualified recommendation. We hope to return soon!

A nice Lake Michigan rental

Easy walk to town, lots to do even in the off-season. Nice to have access to a kitchen, laundry, and living room while on vacation :)

Perfect location for a beach trip!

We chose this rental for the location and it was PERFECT! Home is in a great neighborhood of historic homes just a short walk to Silver Beach (about 1/3 mile from the house to a spot on the beach) and to downtown shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time!

Cozy Cottage in St. Joseph

My son and I enjoyed our 6-night stay at this house in St. Joseph. We were just a few blocks from both Silver Beach and downtown St. Joseph. The house itself was nicely decorated in the style of a seaside cottage and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Quaint, cute , and small home that is located with a short bike ride to great shops , art, museum, restaurants, and beautiful beach . Nice quiet neighborhood environment. And we loved the cute front porch 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our Hostess was attentive to ensure our stay was perfect. The property and the neighborhood are charming and a short walk to downtown and the beach. The home was exactly as it was listed and delightful. Our 4yr enjoyed the childs area with a small table and chairs with books,toys and games. We are planning our next visit soon.

Perfect Location

Such a cute cottage within walking to the beach (pretty ice-covered lighthouse and frozen waves) and Amtrak station. Very easy to communicate with Jennifer who was flexible with our last-minute booking. I’d definitely return.

Clean, Quaint, Quiet

The cottage is located on a quiet street with many historic homes. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch catching up on our reading and savoring a slice of chocolate cake from the South Bend Chocolate store down the street. The bathroom and kitchen had been updated but still had many features in keeping with the character of the cottage. A huge benefit was the dedicated/private detached garage which allows us to unload and load our SUV (with bikes) securely. It is walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants and the two beaches without crossing any big streets.

Quiet area that is close proximity to downtown St. Joe & Lake Michigan

The good: very clean, beautiful dining table,and large renovated bathroom. Host is quick with communication. And the backyard is a nice size even for our 2 50 lb dogs. The not as good: one of the beds is beyond needful a new box spring as it groans & creaks with any movement . You need to make your own beds upon arrival. Found 2 unclean coffee cups and a plate with a large chip. Backyard is not lighted and does not have direct access from house--you need to use side door to get to a sidewalk to unlatch the fence. Still a wonderfully fenced backyard, just not as convenient as simply "letting the dogs out" . Best part: wonderful area to walk along the sidewalks and to the beach. A large walking path is accessible on top of "the bluff" near main street area and a more private one is down close to beach area. large

Hard to get comfy

Moral of the story is we never got comfortable because the place was not clean. When you finally get over that, you notice the smell. When you finally get over that you realize the dishes were not clean. When you finally get over that it’s time to leave. Although, we left a day early. Ran out of paper towels and toilet paper. We decided to go home rather than buy another pack of TP. Beach was nice. Downtown vs. location was even better.
