This vacation retreat is located in the gated community of Lakeside and features a gourmet-style kitchen, and access to the beautiful Lakeside community pool. All of the fun and excitement of Seaside and Watercolor are just four miles away.

Beginning on the first floor, gorgeous hardwood floors are complemented by beautiful finish carpentry throughout. The gourmet-style kitchen features select stainless appliances, including a gas range stove. Granite countertops include a spacious island that incorporates seating for 4. The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you’ll find plenty of comfy seating and a vast flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8. A half bath and laundry room are located downstairs for guest convenience.

On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious Master bedroom with a king bed, and a private bathroom offering huge separate showers. A few steps away is a bedroom-sized walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, which could also fit a pack-and-play .There is also a private large screened-in porch which is an excellent place for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Down the hall is a second guest bedroom with a king bed and flat screen T.V You also have another full size bath with shower. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Kidd's will love the crisscross layout . There is a Jack and Jill bath that the bunk room shares with the last King size bedroom. It has a shower/tub combo.

The outdoor spaces truly set " Blue Harmony” apart. The welcoming front porch has a comfy swing and seating, making it the perfect place to relax with friends and loved ones. Around the corner is a grilling area with additional seating and an Outside shower!

• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Dogs under 25lbs are allowed and require a $350 pet fee. (2 dog maximum)
