Welcome to Bayside Retreat! This newly renovated home includes a private lanai with a Heated Pool, a fenced-in backyard, a gas grill, and a media area with a 75` flat-screen TV and surround sound. Five Minutes from the Manatee Viewing Center and conveniently located near Apollo Beach Park (tennis courts, basketball, running track, etc. & a short drive to Florida`s best beaches!! Less than 30 miles from the Tampa International Airport and Buccaneers Football Stadium!
EXTERIOR
Bayside Retreat is a single-level home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private lanai with a heated pool! The exterior offers plenty of parking and space for a small boat or RV.
LIVING ROOM
Upon entering Bayside Retreat, you`ll be greeted with a spacious living room, a flat-screen TV to stream your favorite shows, and two comfortable sofas. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of dresser and closet space.
REAR BEDROOM
The rear bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and desk with chair.
MIDDLE BEDROOM
The middle bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and closet.
FULL BATHROOM
It is in the hallway and close to the rear and middle bedrooms.
KITCHEN | DINING ROOM
The kitchen is full-stocked and includes a K-Duoâą Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. The dining table is spacious and has seating for six.
MEDIA AREA
This area features a 75` Flat-screen TV with surround sound and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a movie, video game, or sporting event. The sliding glass door opens to the private outdoor patio with a dining table, gas grill, and heated swimming pool!

GPS will get you to everywhere you need to go and I-75 is a few miles down the road.
