This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is conveniently situated across the street from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway! A short 0.1-mile walk leads you to the public beach access at Cotton Bayou, allowing you and your family to feel the sand between your toes in just about 5 minutes! Your balcony affords an unobstructed view of the beach, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a refreshing evening beverage while witnessing a breathtaking Gulf Coast sunset.

Inside this delightful condo, a cozy living room welcomes you, featuring a large Smart TV complete with cable and streaming options for your entertainment during gatherings with loved ones to enjoy your favorite movie or TV show. The dining area offers seating for 4 at the dining table, conveniently located adjacent to a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or a feast for your family and friends. Located next to the kitchen you will find a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

The king suite features a private bath with a tub/shower combo as well as access to the private balcony. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV complete with cable, and free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout the home.

All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

The Grande Caribbean complex presents an enticing outdoor pool and sundeck adorned with loungers, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip, accompanied by a 70" flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a delightful setting for watching your favorite sporting events. On-site amenities also include a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, providing an ideal space for outdoor gatherings. Additionally, a fitness room is available for those seeking to stay active.

Beyond the property, the Cotton Bayou Boat Launch and access to the Cotton Bayou Trail, leading into the Gulf State Park, await exploration. This centrally located property ensures easy access to Orange Beach's array of restaurants, shopping options, and all the attractions the area has to offer!

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals must be booked directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.

Better than the picture online

Checking in was super easy, walked in and everything was so clean and crisp white towels and sheets on the bed. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty on towels for 4 people. Nice extras like a little bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent packets. The bathrooms had little travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Tommy Bahama, and a roll of paper towel. The view was very nice with no buildings in front of the balcony so the ocean view was amazing. It was like we were on the ocean but across the street. The parking pass wasn’t in the condo but one call at Ande and Tim and within an hour we had it. The reserved parking spot in the garage was ideal and semi close to the elevator. Will book again same unit if we can next year !
