Beach House with Pool- Short- and long-term rental -San Marino 15-min from Portobelo, Colon Panama. Property is in a unique and exclusive development located on the Caribbean side of Republic of Panama, approximately 90 minutes from Panama City surrounded by Ocean and the Green Rain Forest Hills. Another benefit is the Marina with break water for safe usage of the boat ramp which enhances the entire development. It has an extensive beach area for walking, swimming or to do some snorkeling, has a natural reef for those who like to see the sunset.
The house is equipped with its own pool within a gated community with 24-hour security, newly renovated kitchen. Large terrace with barbecue, table with ping-pong measures to play or eat. It consists of 3-bedrooms, 9-beds, 2-bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and Cable - Steps from the beach.
Fishing
San Marino Ocean Front one of the most complete Ocean communities of Panama located on the Caribbean side of Panama. Prime season fishing time is from June to October where you can get Blue marlin, Wahoo, king fish, Dorado, Snapper, Barracuda and other diversity of deep fishing. In less than 20 minutes you can find the drop of 1000 feet where the big fish eaten begins.
Adventures at Sea
You can take your boat and travel to San Blass. This is a group of Island where Kuna Indians live. Scenery of the white sand beaches is worth any trip. It takes approximately one hour and a half from San Marino Ocean Front on boat.
You can fish at a place called Vulcan Reef. This is a reef located at an hour an a half from San Marino Ocean Front on Open Water. It has a deep of 250 feet surrounded by deep water.
