Great Stay!

The house was very clean & the perfect amount of space. Savannah was an amazing host, she accommodated us with everything we needed & responded to texts very quickly. Overall a great experience!

Great house and backyard!

We had a great time at the house! It was clean and very nicely decorated. The backyard was the highlight as we had used the firepit, cornhole and had smores! The host was quick to communicate! I would agree with another reviewer that the home is one of the first to be remodeled in the area.

Nice, Comfortable Stay with a few notable Notes

We had a great 2 night stay at this house. It was perfect for friends gathering for a weekend. The house itself has a great layout. It was clean and as pictured in the listing. Savannah was fantastic working with us. We had no trouble getting in touch with her for a few things while we were there. Even at "off" hours! It was a comfortable, great stay. We appreciated the use of the garage and the enclosed backyard was a nice relaxing spot. I do need to make note of a few things for others looking at this property as it may matter to different groups staying there. - This was listed as a pet friendly house. As non-pet people we were aware of pet hair everywhere. Even on the clean bath towels, countertops and upholstered chairs. I know pet hair travels but I guess I expected more with a cleaning between guests. Our fault but wanted to mention for those who are pet sensitive. - Related to this I went to grab any basic cleaning product to wipe the counters down. I could not find anything except glass cleaner. Throughout the stay we kept finding that some basic items were not there as we expected they would be. Dish towels, tissues and napkins were among items we missed. Things seemed more about aesthetics than function. It is a newer listing so this may expand over time. Again, it is a beautiful home! - This last note was our largest surprise as we were not as familiar with this area of Phoenix. With the pictures on the listing being what they were we thought this would have been a vibrant area that was either being built up or rejunvinated. It seems that this property was the first in its neighborhood to undergo this flip.
