Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat! Escape to a modern mountain retreat perfect for families or groups! Nestled in the highly sought-after Cobbly Nob Resort, this newly built cabin combines incredible mountain views with all the amenities you need for a memorable getaway.

Start your mornings with coffee on one of the expansive decks while soaking in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. After a day exploring Gatlinburg, Dollywood, or the nearby trails, unwind in the outdoor covered hot tub or challenge your crew in the game room.

The cabin comfortably accommodates your group, with two private king bedrooms (each with an en-suite), a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-over-queen bunk bed in the game room. The open-concept kitchen and living areas are perfect for sharing meals, playing games, or enjoying movie nights.

Resort perks, like seasonal pools and courts for pickleball or basketball, add extra fun to your stay. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this cabin has it all. NOTE: The resort pools, pickleball courts, and basketball courts are shared with other resort guests

The Neighborhood:
Well-known neighborhood at the foot of the Smoky Mountains National Park, proximity to a golf course, 3 pools open during the warmer months, great views, and privacy make this a unique area that will give you the true mountain experience! Nestled high on the mountain, you're close to the park, Gatlinburg, and many other great trailheads and natural areas.

Other Things to Note:
• You are in the mountains, which is what you're here for!! With those mountain views come steep and narrow roads. While the road is paved, when wet and/or snowy these roads can be slippery.

It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive with good tires, especially in the winter. Refunds will not be given to guests who come with a vehicle that isn't suited for this type of terrain

• Speaking of mountains, you're in nature! This means there are all types of animals and critters living in the surrounding woods. One of these are bears. These bears are not afraid of being around humans, and are foragers that are constantly looking for your leftovers to eat.

This means you should not leave items that smell in your vehicle, whether that is food, cosmetics, or anything else. Bears have been known to enter cars in search of their next meal. This also means trash either needs to be kept in the cabin, or in the bearproof trash cans at all times.

Ultimately, the best way to keep nature in nature is to keep your doors and windows closed!

• Shower dispensers are filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have specific allergies or preferences please feel free to bring your own

• Please keep in mind this is a home, not a hotel, and if an issue arises we will do our best to resolve it ASAP, but nobody is living on site 24/7

• A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge will be provided. This may not be enough for the entirety of your stay. If you have any specific brands or additional items that you would like to have, please visit a pharmacy or supermarket in town.

• There is an exterior security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. This camera is actively recording video and audio of the front patio/driveway area of the home. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without refund.

• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.

Interaction with Guests:
I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
